Great same day service! This company provided same-day service regarding the ac service that I needed for our AC. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and he even cleaned up my AC at the end of the service. I have been satisfied with the customer service since then. They were very pleasant to deal with, and I want to give them five stars for that!
It's a great comfort as I saw the technician showed expertise in fixing up my Central ac that was leaking. He did exert effort to get everything fixed. He even spent extra time to observe the unit's condition before leaving. My unit was fixed within an hour and the result was great. It was a perfect repair. They will be my first call the next time I need hvac repairs.

I really appreciate how professional and thorough Best New York HVAC Repair. The technician was very friendly, good looking, repairman, very personable showed me everything he was doing, showed me the broken parts and explained in detail how they could have broke and what their functions were. The repair of my heater was diagnosed and completed in an hour. The price was very fair. They were probably the nicest repairman I've ever had. Our AC unit stopped cooling during the hottest weeks of the year. I scheduled an appt with Best New York HVAC Repair and their technician were able to came out same day during the time they said they would and fix what needed to be repaired. Cost came out very reasonable. Very impressed.

Trevor was great! Responded quickly to messages and came to our home to see exactly how he could help us out. We needed to replace our old unit and with a cancellation later in the week, he was able to send his team out to replace the unit in about half a day. Trevor was great and cleaned up after themselves, so no complaints here. Will be using Best New York HVAC Repair in the future for any AC needs.
First google review ever and these guys sure deserve it! They had the best quote around and were in and out of our apartment within a half hour. They installed two small window AC units and also gave us a little tutorial on cleaning! They were thorough, so friendly and made this such a pleasant experience!
