I have a great experience with Best New York Heating and AC Repair! The technician John is very efficient, professional and transparent. John diagnosed the problem quickly (the issue of cold air coming out while the heater was turned on). He explained clearly the best way to fix it. He also quickly resolved the issue: two visits within 2 days and the issue was resolved. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. 5-star service!

The technicians that came to my house were all polite, professional, not scruffy, and did the work right the first time. Everything was working perfectly. A week ago I called them to inspect my old furnace. The service man was on time, he quickly changed out the filter and did the routine maintenance with no fuss, but very qualitatively. Would recommend them for sure!
