Best In The West Air Conditioning

I manage many properties in Las Vegas and have used Best in the West for over 10 years. This company has always treated me great with fair pricing and honest work. Highly recommend them.

Called at 4pm on a Friday and he was here at 10am Saturday!

Best in the West rocks!!! I called Ivan ( Tech ) on 6/5/2023 and scheduled appointment for the following day since my family and I were with out AC we were going to tough it for 1 day but around 8 or 9 pm there's a knock on the door it was Ivan. Little did I know he had just returned from California put on his work clothes, on his birthday and came to our house and saved the day for us. God Bless him 🙏 He truly is our hero!!

Now that summer is approaching, I tried to turn on my ac for the season, but it wasn't working. I had multiple 'big guy' companies come out and all said I need to replace my unit as it is very old and original to my house being built. The unit requires a crane bc it's on the roof, and the estimates I received were well beyond something I could afford. I must have called 10 places before I lucked out and found B.O.T.W. Ivan quoted me a price THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper than the big name companies. He got me scheduled quickly and he was on time and friendly. He will definitely be my first and only call from here on out. Thank you!!!!

I called 3 hvac companies in town for quotes. First tried to sell me 2x new units for my house. 2nd tried to tell me my compressor was shot. Ivan showed up and simply stated I needed a new capacitor. Although my units are older, everything still was fine but a simple repair. Very honest and trustworthy hvac company

My thermostat wasn’t working and Ivan came out and was able to tell me what was wrong right away. I will continue to use this company for all my AC problems and highly recommend them!

The name really does say it all! Ivan showed up and was able to get parts and fix my unit the same day and for a great price! Super friends great guy but what made him stand out the most was the fact that he called me a week later to check back in and ask how the air conditioning was working and to make sure everything was good and I was pleased! Holy cow when is the last time you had a contractor call you back to check in and make sure everything was the way it should be?! I will definitely be using Ivan in the future and would recommend him to anyone. If I could leave more stars I would.

Ivan was absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only did he take a ton of time to explain what was wrong with my AC unit, but he fixed it same day in less than 30 minutes!! I’ve been having a ton of issues with my warranty company so I called Ivan to help and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. This company especially Ivan is awesome. He was referred by multiple people so I figured he was good but he exceeded all expectations. He was honest, kind and affordable. We will 100% continue to use them and refer to them.

This company truly is the Best I the West! They showed up on time, found a creative solution while parts were on order, AC now works like a charm and they were very competitively priced. I’d call these guys any time (especially the owner - he fine so if you see him tell him to HMU)

My business air conditioner stopped working. I had to close for 3 days. I was referred to Best in the West Air Conditioning. I called and the owner/technician Ivan answered and scheduled a date & time. Ivan was great to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable about AC units. He took pictures of everything, explained what parts needed to get fixed and replaced. He was honest and kind. Thank you Ivan for fixing our air conditioner and helping us open our business again.

Ivan was very professional and responsive; he was able to help my family out within the day (sadly, an issue with other companies with triple digits threatening our safety)and ensure our house was cool during a heat wave. While others falter in making time to better the community, Ivan and his company really stepped up to the plate. I am so very happy and pleased with our service, I cannot recommend him enough.

Our AC broke right when it was going to be 115°. I called several places and they said they couldn’t make it out for two days!! I called Ivan and he made it the same day. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went right to the AC unit and figured out the problem within minutes. He even cleaned out the AC unit because there was debris and trash in it. Our home quickly started to cool down. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ivan. He saved us from having to get a hotel room and from being more miserable!! Highly recommend!!

Just wanted to thank Ivan from Best in West Air Conditioning!! My A/C went out called my home warranty (AHS) which was no help at all, they used any excuse not to cover the work paying for multiple contractors to come figure out the problem over a week in heat warning weather, once they did they wanted to over charge on the refrigeration and it would be done a couple of days out, just pour service all the way around!!o That’s when I decided to call Best In The West Air Conditioning he was very responsive and knowledgeable found the problem and fixed it same day! At a great price! Thanks again feels great to have cold air blowing again! 5 star service all the way around!!!

Ivan came to fix my AC and he did an amazing job. The service was incredible and very competitively priced. He’s very professional and always on time. I definitely recommend using Ivan and his business if you have any AC problems, he will not disappoint.

God blessed me when he sent me “The Best In the West Air conditioning” They were right on time They repaired exactly, what needed to be done VERY HONEST COMPANY......... Did not try to give me something I didn’t need to up the price. We’ve all been there.. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding!!!! I could go on and on about this Air Conditioning Company. I will continue to use Best In the West Air Conditioning.

I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were on time and the price was more than fair. We own 6 rental properties and I know who I'll be calling in the future. BEST IN THE WEST HVAC.
