My elderly parents used this company to service the furnace and check a thermostat (that they said was broken and replaced). They charged them $850 for 40 minutes of work beginning to end. We tried calling to speak to someone and the company promised someone would contact us back to make it right. It’s been over two weeks and nothing. We had someone from State Plumbing and Heating come out who reset the heater and said the old thermostat was not the problem. When my elderly mother asked how it came it $850 they did not explain anything, did not leave and itemized receipt, took their money and left so quickly, they couldn’t even call one of us. Do not use this service. Completely unprofessional company who clearly does not stand by their word. Will never recommend this place to anyone, ever. So disappointed in a “local company” that took advantage of their community members on purchase. Disgraceful.
