Unbelievable price gouging! Dishonest company do not call them no matter what!! You will be robbed. Extreme overcharge on both labor and parts.

Made an appointment on May 10 for someone to come out and do a tuneup on my furnace and air-conditioning unit. Matt said he would be out on May 12 between 12 and 2 PM to do the service. Rearranged my schedule for this appointment. The day came and went and the time came and went. No one showed up and no one bothered to call. Very very disappointed in this company.

I recieved a call back from Don and he hung up on me. He was saying something about not being able to warranty something when all I wanted him to do was figure out why my AC isn't working. Very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to give my business to a local company, but I guess he doesn't need the business.

Called a few places then was referred to Don and Matt by a family friend. Most affordable company in the area. They replaced my chimney liner and serviced my furnace and a a/c.Highly recommended if Cleveland Area. Best customer service and a true genuine father/son team and extremely knowledgable. Definitely can tell they've been in business for almost 30 years.

My hot water tank broke and he was literally there within 5 minutes of me having a panic attack without my husband home. Best Customer Service I have ever seen in the industry! Very polite and gave me examples of what to do if I notice anything different. Thankyou!

I called them at 11 at night for my ac that went out. Then the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. The told me what the problem was, explained what happened, and showed me what broke. Had it fixed in under 30 mins and was extremely affordable! Couldn't have had better service and will definitely use them again!

First I would like to draw attention to the review below me done by a member of the owners family to attempt and raise their business rating, as well as downplay their incompetence. Moving along now. The owner Don and his employees are very good at making you believe you need services you actually do not need, and prey on the "local business" desire. They will claim all types of issues to your equipment, and if you do choose to use them for repairs they will blame any faults on the manufacture, or really anyone/anything, except for them not being knowledgeable at their profession. While they advertise care for the customer this could not be further from the truth once you realize they are trying to scam you. They make assessments and use jargon to try and confuse the customer, similar to how people think a shady mechanic speaks (I am not saying all mechanics do but this should make sense). At which point they become rude or totally ignore your intelligent questions in regard to why you need a product/service. If I am asked a question by a customer I answer it professionally and in a way to help the customer as they are not subject matter experts in the field as I am, this does not occur with Best Heating & Cooling, LLC. They will attempt to con you until you catch on. When you do they begin to ignore you or call you derogatory names.

Matt came out and fixed my furnace and was able to get me through another year. He told me my furnace was old but still okay to use. Had another contractor tell me i need another furnace right now. Very honest and knows his stuff. I'll be using Best Htg. from now on. Even sanded off my flame rod for me instead of selling me a new one!

I called this company and had an appointment for Monday. They called and told me due to emergencies with other customers they needed to reschedule. I highly respect honesty over an excuse. When they came out they were honest and upfront with the situation and the condition of the furnace. Very hardworking and compassionate about the work they do. Phone calls were always as returned back and questions always awnsered. Thank you

Don't use this company. The owner Don is a smooth talker. He knows what he is talking about a good salesman but as far as quality of work and pricing. He will take your money and run. After the job is done he could careless about the customer.

DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVEN IF DESPERATE LIKE WE WERE!!! We called and explained we have no AC with a newborn in home. He said no prob. We're busy but someone will be out there later this afternoon or evening to service it for you. He finally calls back at 7:44pm to tell my wife," I'm tired and going home call someone else to help. Then I called and asked if he'd be out tomorrow to help he said no. I said, we have an infant with no AC! He said," Call someone who cares!" Then hung up. Better Business Bureau would have a field day with this liar.

Was sold a faulty A/C unit. Questioned the damage to the coils when installed. Told it was caused by the factory when manufactured. 8 months later the coils inside the house were freezing up and A/C would not cool house. Called Don out and he said the damage to the unit outside must have been due to a object hitting the A/C unit when cutting the grass. Lol There was no way that an object could have caused that damaging. Reminded him I asked about the damage to the unit when installed. Just ignored me like I never said it. He just said sorry you could not wait till Monday I will have to charge you a weekend rate. Would not recommend this company. Buyer beware
