Great team and the person that came to my house was so nice! Professional and went over my whole system, even though they didn't originally install it. Highly recommend for any service work, or new installation

Rhoan and the entire team were great. Rhoan helped us through the options and saved us money by letting us know that our existing HVAC unit was already provisioned to accept an A/C connection. The indoor coil just needed a few modifications that they could make in their shop, and then we could connect right into it with a brand new outdoor unit they had in stock. Installation was quick, clean, and professional. We had a small issue with a setting on our existing thermostat a day after the install (by no fault of the tech or Best Choice), and the tech answered my messages after hours to walk us through some troubleshooting to fix the issue. That means a lot to me, to respond after hours to help fix an issue that wasn't in their scope is great service. I've already recommended Best Choice to some friends. Great team.
I’m leaving this review for the services provided by Best Choice over a three year period. Three years, three services, all great work. First service was a home sell/purchase examination, the company was quick and efficiencent and made sure our HVAC was in good order. Second service was yearly check up service. Not only did they clean HVAC but also informed me that though my system was older it had top of the line air filtration and they showed me how to clean it out. This year they came by and replaced a Run Compassitor that went out and did a cleaning plus service of our AC. Every service was done within the same week I called, the techs answered all my questions and were clearly pros, price is always fair and covers what you ordered. The company doesn’t try and up sell or jerk you around, they just do great work. I’ll continue yearly services and repairs with Best Choice and when it times come to replace/upgrade my system I will use Best Choice. One of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. Employees and owner are all great.
Their name says it all, this is the Best Choice! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish, from owner to installers, electricians, and inspectors. This company takes pride in customer service and working with integrity, which is hard to find nowadays. I was losing hope that there were no "good ones" out there anymore until I called Best Choice. Highly recommend this company to all friends and family.
Rhoan and the crew at Best Choice are a breath of fresh air! They installed heat pump and attic ductwork. Project went off without any issues. Even the work in the attic was clean and well organized. Excellent, proactive communication, fair pricing, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!!
Rhoan and his team are fantastic to work with and I will recommend them to any family and friends in the future. We had a heat pump and furnace installed and the entire process was very smooth. Pricing was competitive and communication was great. We were able to take advantage of TPU's rebate program and Best Choice was great at jumping through the additional hoops required by that program. We will definitely be using them for future service on the equipment.
Really want to Thank Rhoan and the whole team at Best Choice Heating. I was pleased with how quickly and efficient the team was. After choosing Best Choice they were able to fit me in quickly to replace my old furnace that kept having motherboard issues. Mind you this is in a day and age where stock and labor is limited. After considering all my choices that I was given the team was out later that week. And the install team Brandon did a great job explaining everything and putting any of my questions to rest. Thank you.
I talked to Rhoan multiple times about upgrading to mini splits and he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Overall he has a wonderful demeanor and it was a pleasure corresponding with him as we walked through various scenarios/options. My wife and I unfortunately ended up not going with Rhoan’s quote for unrelated reasons, but we can and will highly recommend Best Choice Heating to our friends, family, and acquaintances due to the solid experience we had. We were treated so very nicely and with care and recommend Rhoan and his company without any hesitation to anyone.

No way I could give Rhoan and his crew the credit they deserve. Our heat pump recently failed. Best Choice gave me a very reasonable estimate, fast professional service, and amazing comfort in our home. These guys are a class act that treat you like a friend rather than just a customer.
Rhoan and his team were great! Gave us a couple of different options to replace our furnace and heat pump. Team was professional and installation was done in less than a day! Very professional and knowledgeable, took time to come back and walk us through maintenance and how everything works. Best of all saved us money compared to other bigger companies, I would highly recommend.

Best choice heating is the best choice!! From the first phone call with the owner to the completion of the installation of our new heating system. They were great!! My wife works from home and each crew that came into the house was courteous and respectful. They kept the noise to a minimum and worked efficiently to get the job done in one day. So happy with Best Choice Heating! When our 25 year old furnace went down, Rhoan and his team were really impressive. Brett, who came to diagnose the issue, was prompt (actually just a tad early for which he actually apologized) and professional. He found the problem quickly then thoroughly explained the issue as well as our options for repairing or replacing our furnace. He was honest and helpful in answering our questions without pressuring us or trying to sell us more than we needed. Once we decided to go forward with replacing our furnace, we were scheduled for the very next morning at 9 am. Again, the technician, this time Eric, was right on time and did a beautiful job removing our old furnace and replacing it with a new one. He worked clean, was extremely polite and was respectful of us and our home in every way. Eric also took the time to go over our new thermostat (included) in detail to make sure we were comfortable using it. We also spoke directly with Rhoan a couple of times and learned a little more about his philosophy as a business owner. Bottom line-Rhoan is a great guy who hires and keeps great employees. Needless to say, we are very happy customers and highly recommend Best Choice Heating!
