Best Buy just completed a job in our home. They are excellent! The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to pinpoint what we needed and explain it easily. The crew, Chris and Conner, were also excellent. Both very skilled and knowledgeable and professional! We would highly recommend this company...they will take very good care of you!

UPDATE: This is the second time we have worked with Best Buy Heating & A/C and could not say enough about what a positive experience it was. We had them install mini-splits for our children's bedrooms and they did a great job. They were timely, communicative and now our kid's rooms are nice and cool! I would absolutely recommend Best Buy! We have worked with Best Buy and are incredibly impressed with them. They are knowledge, fair, and do quality work. They installed a mini split AC in our master bedroom and now we can enjoy a comfortable bedroom during the warm months. We are proud to support and recommend them!

I used these guys to install a new furnace in my personal residence as well as a mini split. They are professional, great in communication and get the job done right. You will not go wrong using Best Buy, not like most of the trades. They do what they say they will do, show up on time, no surprises.
Excellent job and product. They corrected wiring errors on the previously installation by a previous installer. They were very professional. They worked quicker and carefully.
We had an issue where sometimes our furnace wouldn't light properly. I requested a service appointment on their website, and I got a call first thing the next day to setup an appointment. They came out the next day, identified the issue (it was a flame sensor), replaced it immediately, and I was able to pay right away. I've used this company before and I will always use them because they do amazing work very quickly, they charge fairly, and they don't pressure us to replace our entire HVAC system for no reason like most "big" HVAC contractors seem to always do. 11/10 would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work!
Called Best Buy on Monday about a heating issue and they were able to come out the very next day. We met with Mike to troubleshoot our recent issues getting heat upstairs and he was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Will certainly be calling them for all our heating and cooling needs! Thank you so much!!

I had called several HVAC companies before I came across Best Buy. The people I talked to would not even try to assist me over the phone with a simple question unless I paid anywhere from $99 to $129 for someone to come out. When I had contacted Best Buy, they,with out cutting me off, listened,offered some advice (that actually worked immediately) and EARNED my business for as long as I live in the area the service. Just had a tech out yesterday to do regular maintenance. Great experience, professional and well PRICED.
Technician was on-time for my appointment, had the correct part, installed it correctly and ensured the humidifier was working properly before he left.
Best Buy is my go to HVAC contractor. They do excellent work. Are responsive, professional and friendly. There work is excellent. Thank you men for your solid work.

We had a major mystery in our attic - rusted ductwork due to poor insulation from when our home was built. We had Best Buy and 3 insulation companies take a look and all had different ideas of what to do. Mike went to great lengths to come up with a solution and came out multiple times to talk to us. Christopher replaced the rusted ductwork, widened the lines and installed new ductwork that was insulated on the inside. He was very professional and friendly - and they are confident the new ductwork will not rust. They have also installed a humidifier in our basement and did a great job. 10 out of 10!
I had called four heating and air companies to get a furnace serviced, Best Buy heating and the air was the only one that called me back . They were able to get the job done very quickly . Everyone I spoke to was very professional ,very courteous and did exactly what they were hired to do. They will be the heating and air company that I continue to use and refer my clients to.
Chris was great and came to give us an initial quote a few weeks ago. While he was here, he was able to identify what was wrong with our furnace and fixed it quick and then was upfront about our AC issues and the cost. They quickly scheduled a time to install AC and were on time and got stuff done in just a couple hours. We are super happy with the customer service and will see the quality of the unit once summer rolls around.
