Greg installed a new furnace and AC for our home several years ago and has been back a few times for maintenance. Always there ASAP when we need him. We feel like we're getting a good value for professional, responsive, and friendly service.
Greg of Best Air Heating & Cooling is the best of the best. He is honest, knowledgeable, capable, and professional. I arranged for him to assess my elderly mother's furnace after her normal heating company had told her she needed to replace her furnace. He identified the real problem, repaired it easily, and graciously explained why the other company's serviceman might have made the mistake of thinking the furnace needed replacing. That was 8 years ago. Since then, Greg had taken over the maintenance of Mom's heating and AC equipment and has kept it all functioning beautifully. It's a relief to see that Greg is deeply invested in taking care of his customers. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I would!
We’ve used Beat Air for the past 7 years and I couldn’t ask for better service or relations. They installed a completely new HVAC system and maintained it so it works flawlessly ever since. Best Air lives their name, they are the BEST.

Timely, affordable, and all around great experience
I want to thank Greg at Best Air Heating and Cooling. Greg went out of his way to help us by installing a motor in our old AC that gave out, while we waited for the new AC unit to arrive. It would of been a extremely hot week without it. He spent extra time on us to make sure we had a working AC unit to keep us cool. I would highly recommend this business. They did a great job of replacing our AC and furnace. Thanks again Greg!
I found Best Air on Angie’s List and used them for years to maintain and keep a 20 yr old HVAC running. Then when it was finally time to give up on that old system I used Best Air to install and now maintain a new HVAC. I highly and definitely recommend! Greg has always done such a great job.
Greg did a great job repairing my furnace. He drove through the snow to ensure my heat could come back on, and even let me use his space heater for the night. He went out of his way to get the replacement part covered under warranty for me. I would definitely recommend his service!

Very pleased with the service. Offered me suggestions on tweaking my duct flow to heat up the basement. That's the kind of info I would never get from the installer of my furnace.

Best Air has been taking care of my house(s) for years. They are outstanding. I found them through Angie's List and am so grateful I did. The installed an air conditioner and furnace at my old house before I sold it and they did a fantastic job. We then moved into our new house and within two years, it was time to replace both of the 20+ year old units as well. **** was my first call. The work that they did was flawless. Zero issues, amazing follow up, extremely detail oriented, reasonably priced and he explained every step of his process, which made us feel very comfortable with making a large purchase like that. Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night before a holiday weekend. We had little hope that we could find anyone that would help us but when we called Best Air Heating and Cooling they called right back. Greg came out that night and found the problem with our furnace. He explained the problem to us simply and examined the whole system to make sure there were no other issues. While the bad new was he needed a specialized part that he couldn't get that night. The good news was he was able to get the part on Saturday morning and had our furnace up and running by the next day. The best parts about using Best Air Heating /Cooling is he does quality work with NO HIDDEN fees. He tells you up front what needs to be done and exactly what it will cost even in an emergency. Great Service, Highly Recommend.
Over the weekend I had noticed that our central air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. After replacing the filter myself I had hoped that was the end of it and we went to bed. Later that night I woke up in a sweat and the inside temperature was about eighty degrees. The air from the registers was barely coming out and the air itself was barely cool. The next morning I called a couple friends and one of them recommended Best Air, so I called and I spoke with Greg and explained the problem and over the phone he was thinking that our unit may be low on freon. He quoted what I could expect to spend (best and worst case) and advised me to turn off the unit in order to prevent possible damage. We agreed to meet later that afternoon when I would be home from work. Greg showed up on time and went right to it. After turning the air on and letting it run for a bit he checked my freon levels and they were actually about normal. Even though it was a bit low, he told me that that shouldn't be causing the problem that was happening. In the course of checking freon he noticed that the outside unit needed cleaning and pointed out the dirt that had built up on the fins, especially on the backside of the unit (it was pretty much a solid crust of dirt). He promptly cleaned everything and after taking some readings from his equipment, he headed to our basement to check the blower. After checking the blower and filter he then opened up an inside service panel to check the evaporator coils(?) and pointed out the absolute mess that was inside. The coils were totally covered with a layer of grime, hair, bits of paper that had made it's way in. He was able to clean it off (actually peeled it off), and after checking for other problems he took more readings inside and out and we both agreed that the air temp and pressure coming from the register was a 100% improvement. He topped off the freon levels and put everything back together and explained to me that the problem was due to lack o
