Bertels has done work for me numerous times and I’m always pleased! Chase and Travis did some work for me yesterday. I’m selling my house and noticed something from the inspection that I forgot to mention. They were back early this morning to take care of it for me! John has also done work for me in the past and has come out in a snow storm. I’m always appreciative of their dedication and making sure the job is done right!
Friendly group and very knowledgeable. So glad I called them for service. Will be using them on a permanent basis.
Always do a great job and go over all the options to fix any issue. Have been going to them for years and don't plan to change that anytime soon.
Everyone with this company is wonderful! We moved into a house with an older hvac system. One of the first things we did was have the system serviced and cleaned. Tim noticed the igniter in the furnace needed replaced, and got it fixed while he was there. Summer came and ac started having some issues, he came out and fixed it right away. We decided to replace the whole unit a few months later to cut down on energy cost. As always they were extremely reasonable with cost and everyone is just absolutely the best. We got our first bill after having our new unit for a full month and our bill went down by $150! I highly recommend them for anything from a simple maintenance and cleaning to a full system replacement!
These guys are fantastic. So professional and friendly. They take excellent care of us, and I won’t use anyone else. Very easy to work with, and so honest and reputable.

Our furnace decided to stop working overnight. Called this morning early and within 30 minutes Travis was there to fix the furnace. In no time at all it was fixed, cleaned and heating the house. Thanks for such prompt, reasonable and friendly service. You have a new customer for life.
