I would recommend Berry Thermal Solutions, LLC again and again. Very professional. They repaired one HVAC system and replaced another for my house. Great prices and excellent service. Berry Thermal installed a new AC system in our commercial office space. They gave an estimate (less expensive than others), and completed the work professionally and efficiently within one day. Kevin and crew were terrific!
I would highly recommend BTS LLC. The first time I used them it was to check my A/C unit. The service was speedy, and Kevin educated us on how to keep the filters clean for quality air. The second time was recently. My water heater started flooding my basement and again speedy service! They were out the SAME day to do a consult. They were out the very next day with a brand new water heater! The work didn’t take long, they were flexible with my schedule and they we’re considerate with Covid. I can’t express how amazed I am with their professionalism, response time and quality work. They also set my water heater up for warranty and set me up with a schedule to do maintenance. The customer service and work is really top tier. If you need service please don’t hesitate to hire these guys!!
