Justin, the Technician came out within an hour to access why we weren't getting cool air from our AC unit. Within 5 minutes, he knew exactly, that unit was frozen and needed 8lbs of freon to make us comfortable. He recommended fixing the root problem which was the coil. He advised the pros vs. cons of putting a bandage on it and offered the complete fix. We didn't use service today as the homeowner informed that she has a registered Warranty and is going to call the original company who installed it. Justin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to myself and hubby in depth. I would recommend anyone to get him dispatched to fix the issue!
I called the service from this company to repair HVAC system that is not working, they promised to repair it instantly; instead, the service person came and just proposed to install a new one, which charge the fee of $100 for just telling me to install new one. then I called another one, who did repair with much less expense. They are not honest, neither professional.
These guys are amazing. I came home to a cold house and, after some troubleshooting, decided my blower motor was to blame. I didn't feel like dealing with it myself so I called Berry Good. From the time I called them, to the time the tech was walking out of my house was a little over 2 hours and he was extremely professional the whole time he was at my house. I was blown away and will definitely use them again if I have issues with my HVAC.

The perfect experience. I felt like I got the best balance of technical / mechanical expertise (and education), no-nonsense, friendly as heck service and value. And quick, too! My A/C has been on life support for the past three years. I am so fortunate to find Berry Good. (In fact, they're very Berry Good.) Not only did they help work with my existing components with information only / no pressure service, this got me, what I feel, was the best product for my home. And I love the new A/C. This is the first time ever, my A/C has been actually able to cool the house to the selected temperature. I also have a standalone dehumidifier, which has a hard time bringing the house under, say 50%. I noticed last night the dehumidifier showed 35% – this has never happened before! I may be able to get rid of it now. Also, the team was so helpful in completely relocating the A/C from one side of the house to the other. (I wanted it moved because the original installer years ago placed it in a bad location.) Anyway, awesome service from all the team! Thank you all!
They came out in the time that was specified. He diagnosed it in less than 1 min and in 8 minutes my AC was working again!! Very professional and proficient!!

Excellent service! My AC was blowing warm air so I contacted this company. The tech arrived ahead of the service window. Within 5 minutes we knew the problem and cost. WIthin 15 minutes the tech was gone! Sweet service in late July. Can't beat it!
We have never had service this good, ever!! Justin fixed our air conditioner after 10pm with perfect customer service. He said it would take 30min, he arrived in 8min and finished in 8min. The price (included parts) was more than reasonable. This is how the entire service industry should perform!!!!! Consider this a referral!

I never leave reviews -- good or bad – but I felt obligated to leave one today. My AC was not working, and I called this company at 5:10 PM on a Sunday. They were at my house within an hour and fixed the issue(s). Justin helped us -- he was honest, knowledgeable, personable, and a real pleasure to do business with. Justin and this company not only performed excellent work, but they also did what most don't: communicate well. I have no desire to use anyone else but this company in the future, and I would encourage you to do the same.
