It has been very annoying using this company. I have had them install a brand new AC unit and have had to call them out to fix things that they are supposed to be experts in. I am currently waiting for a phone call or service.
Not the company I was trying to locate and look up. This company didn't do the work at the residence.
Great service! Fast and easy repair work. I called with an emergency repair and they were here within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Phenomenal Service!!
At first I was very satisfied with the service of my new furnace install priced around $3000. But about a week later my ceiling started leaking in my livingroom right where the the furnace was located I went to the attic to investigate and found that the drip pan had been positioned in an uneven manner so it would leak. I positioned the pan back level and called Berry Good back. He went went up to the attic when he got there and informed me that I needed to pay $1000 more for another part to repair it. When i told him that the pan was left purposely in an even position he had this crazy look on his face like he was just found out to be a scammer. And they never turned my pilot light to the furnace either. I asked him to turn it on. My whole ceiling located directly under the furnace had fell my living room because of their unprofessionalism.Just telling yall to be careful and dont just take their word for a problem without investigating first. Could cost you a lot of money that you dont really have to spend. But either than that leak and damage to my ceiling. The furnace has been working fine. You really dont know who to trust

We had a great experience with this company. They were out within an hour of my call and had it fixed the next day (they had to get a part.) They were quick and professional. I would definitely use them in the future!
I must say this was a great and stress free experience. Justin, the technician came out and was very helpful. He offered different options that would be beneficial for our “cool” sake since we had a leak. After reviewing options, we chose to go with replacing the coil after we thought the whole a/c unit needed to be replaced. He told us we had to wait until Monday for the replacement to be done. I must say I was amazed at the fact he got us financed and was nice enough to give us some freon to get us through the weekend. Thank you Justin!!! We really appreciate you!!
Fast, accurate, and helpful
Jason came out from this company after my toddler flushed an unknown object down the toilet. He came in a fixed the problem in less than ten minutes. Additionally he noticed how terrible my water pressure was and adjusted my hot water heater according. I would definitely recommend this company as he was friendly and effective!!!!
I had a recent interaction with the owner and was very impressed! Should I need the services of an HVAC&P company in the future, I will definitely revisit Berry Good Heating-Air-Plumbing.

I have used another Heating and Air Company recently that I was very unhappy with. I am super happy with Berry Good as my new technicians. I felt totally comfortable, was treated fairly, and Justin did an excellent job . I recommend them highly!!!
So...I contacted this company on an emergency basis. It was after hours on Thanksgiving Eve. Recognizing my need for service, the technician attempted to take advantage of us. He reported to us that one of our units needed a switch board & the other a transformer & the repair would be over 600 for 1 & over 200 for the other. I declined because although my need was urgent, I do have a home warranty that covers my units & although I wanted service for Thanksgiving, not at that price tag. I Filed a claim with my home warranty company, Alliance Heat & air came out...the next day DID NOT replace a transformer nor a switch board. They Did discover two missing fuses that coincidently were gone & had to be there when my unit was operating properly...prior to me calling this company & the furnace door was open. Needless to say, maintenance is what we needed, not a single part & Alliance didn't attempt to take advantage of my insurance company as this company tried taking advantage of me.
