This company is fantastic! I own a liquor store in Connecticut and my cooler stopped functioning on a Thursday. They immediately sourced two new condensers and are tonight Wednesday ( less than a week later with a normal lead time of 3 weeks for new units) FULLY operational! I cannot thank them enough and will recommend them to anyone!

Used their walk-in cooler for our Annual Clam Bake. Bob, delivered and hooked it up and made sure it was running before he left. Very prompt and professional. Will continue to use them for future Bakes. DIDN'T have to worry about cooler once, like some of the other ones we have rented. That is very important to us. Very clean units and step supplied to enter right height and platform excellent. Thank you very much
I've used Berkshire refrigeration since 1989, Bobby and his guys are the best.. When you call them for an emergency, they treat it like a emergency for you, they understand the urgency of having your refrigeration working. Bobby has helped me open 6 restaurants. He's the best.
Great and long standing company! They take pride in their work. The women in the front office are pleasant and helpful and the owner Bob works very hard to make sure all of his customers are satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone with commercial equipment who wants the job done right by a company who really cares about you and your business.

Very nasty and They are so slow as hell we were there before our delivery time and they made us wait 4 hour longer they are a bad place to delver to
Very nasty and unprofessional. We called to get our freezer looked at and instead was given an unwelcoming tone about our service history. We were also told " go look for someone else I don't care". Haven't used these guys in 2 years because we try to maintain our equipment as best we can. Almost certain we weren't going to get a call back so we went with another company within the area. If you're looking for repair and service, look elsewhere.
