Couldn’t be happier with the job they did installing a ductless Mitsubishi system in our basement. Pete quoted me for the system and helped me along the way with any minor details that needed to be done. The entire job was completed in one day with no major problems. We will be using them in the future for any heating/cooling issues in our home.

Heating went down. First time caller and they arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed and installed new part same day. Very happy.

I have used this company for many years and have to say the they are the best. The integrity, knowledge and service they provide is excellent. On a scale of 1-10 this company is a 10 by far. The receptionist was amazing. She saw that my calls and questions were answered within hours. I even got a call from the technician while he as on another job. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need HVAC this is where you should go and I promise you will not be disappointed.
I woke up today to find my furnace was not working. I was a bit stressed because I had back-to-back meetings (online) and I was thinking I will never find anyone to help me today. I posted a request online at nextdoor.com and got an immediate response from someone suggesting Berkeley Heating and Air Conditioning. I called and spoke with Diane who suggested that I check my breakers, check my thermostat batteries and check the main safety switch next to the furnace. It's quite rare to find a business that will offer suggestions over the phone in an effort to just help you help yourself. Anyway, I tried all of the above and called Diane back at 11:00 am. She said someone would be there between now and 2:00 pm. At 1:00 pm, Barry arrived, worked his magic, replaced my igniter in my 20 year old Carrier unit and off he went. Very nice experience!! While the service and parts were not free (like the advice), I was very pleased with the overall price and fast response. I will call them again!! Paul Murray
Really saved us when the heating went out. Came out first thing in the morning. They were helpful, honest and great to work with. Came recommended by two of my neighbors, and now I guess they’ve won over the street.

The best its one thing to have a bussiness and take ppl money because you can. It's another when you should because of the job. I recommend this man to anyone. I really feel like he is the best.
Ac wasn't working. They solved the problem within 2 hrs of the call. Awesome!
Installed upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems, re-routed lines to install in different outside area. Did an awesome job. They kept the job site very clean. Did not make a mess installing upstairs registers. Very professional install. Friendly crew. I bid the job and their price was very competitive. Installed lights in out attic as part of the job and worked with us to find the best spots to place indoor equipment. Will definitely use them again as needed.

I moved to Long Hill township 2 yrs ago and the previous owner had BH Heating and AC on a list of local businesses. We needed a new central AC unit and burner and I met with the BH salesman Pete and we became fast friends. Have been to the business office to discuss other needs and ask questions and I feel like not only does the staff know their stuff, everybody there is super friendly and feels like an extended family. Professional quality work and politeness to the 10th degree. What else do you need?

This company used to be very good but seems deteriorated. The technicians are not as good as before. They charged this and that regardless it is necessary or not.
