Kyle is top notch. He has replaced 3 complete units for me over the years, and fixed some previous airflow issues by calculating and then installing proper sized ducts. He has cleaned and serviced our units, and his professionalism and kindness go a long way. I am a REALTOR and Kyle has kept many of my customers in the Greater Baton Rouge Area very, very happy!
Kyle was a great person to work with. He was on time, honest, and very friendly. He added refrigerant to our outdoor unit, as well as gave us a timeline on when we might need a new one. He was referred to us by our wonderful realtor, and with us being new to the state, it was nice to get a genuine recommendation. We would definitely work with Kyle again.

The owner, Kyle Billeaud, is a class act business man. Extremely professional and informative. He puts his customers first and makes sure to give it to you straight when it comes to his diagnostics. My refrigerator went out and he was able to come out the same day. He was able to assess my refrigerator’s issue and advised me on what my next steps should be all within a reasonable time frame. I was very impressed and thankful for his services & will be a returning customer. If you need AC &/or refrigeration repairs or installations, I highly recommend BEO AC & Refrigeration !

Kyle and his crew did a great job. They took out our old outdated worn down system and replaced it with a more efficient system, heating and air. He talked with us about our options and explained things along the way. He made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend.
