I have used Benware in the past, before this most recent service. Allen has been the technician each time. He is excellent. He is professional, courteous and friendly. He explains things well. He walked me thru options when we had a serious HVAC issue. He did superb work on that job. Recently, he serviced our fireplace. He also gave us options on adding a blower. I would highly recommend this service. It was easy to call and schedule.

A stand-up company that won't over charge and to be honest they only do what is necessary. Definitely earned my trust and loyalty as the advice was not to replace the AC unit but just do maintenance and get the longest use out of it as possible.
