Ronnie and his Hvac crew were exceptional. They showed up on time ready to work. Took special care to clean up their mess and they were very respectful. They took their shoes off at the door so they didn't track dirt or mud in the house. Very knowledgeable and affordable. Ronnie put forth extra effort in making sure we got the best price for our unit. I would highly recommend Bennett Home Specialist for all your HVAC needs.
What a find Ronnie Bennett is! He went to work to find what is wrong with our heating system, and that he did! Offered us the options it would take to remedy our situation, explained it all thoroughly and gave us an estimate in a very short time. He is so knowledgeable and responsive….and a very honest person. We are impressed.
I used Bennett Home Specialist to replace an existing furnace. They were significantly less expensive than other quotes and Ronnie did a great job explaining everything to me. He and his crew ran into some issues working around our existing duct work (1928 house) and the installation ran very late into the evening. They stayed until the job was done and made sure I had heat that night before they left. Based on that experience, I used them again to install a secondary furnace and heat pump in an addition that we're putting on our house and had a similarly good experience.
Ronnie responded so quickly and he gave us a price quickly. We were impressed with his price and work ethic. Glad we found a new hvac guy. Thanks!
