I've used this company , formerly Canards, quite a few times over the decades while living in over 5 homes. Always excellent service!
3 calls and no fix. I had to call another company to go behind their work and they were half the price but did twice the job. I finally gave up when they stopped answering calls and returning messages. Highly disappointed with their service and response time.
Dave is great, he's helped me keep two older systems running for years now.
Dave has been fixing my central unit for 10yrs. They do a great job. If we have an issue they are our first choice, reasonably priced and polite.
At the recommendation of both my real estate agent and home inspector, I called Benbrook Air Conditioning & Heating to service the A/C in our new home. They were professional and patient. They answered all my questions about the A/C system, routine maintenance, and filters. I would recommend them to any new homeowner!!

Amazing customer service, they listened to all of my concerns and got the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, and professional repair.

We have been so kind and understanding. Well that can only last so long. We have been calling for over two weeks and no one cares to answer the phones or to show up to the appointment. Horrible customer service. It’s sad that we explained to them we have a 3 year old in the house and need to have the repair to our AC done quickly. I have paid my deductible and they took it and ran. I’m beyond furious especially for my daughter who had to sleep in a 90 degree House for over 2 weeks. Our local news will get the report to this story. We were not scheduled for 28th at 1:00. We have a text for proof.
Horrible experience made worse with the fact im working through a home warranty company. Tech came out 3 times over 5 weeks, swapped parts, never found the issue. Was told I was getting a new unit, tech never showed for my appointment, when contacting him he said instead he ordered more parts to try, nothing about not showing up, no timing. Then next day he contacted home warranty company and said unit was fine and closed the case.
Called first thing in the Morning for my 100 year old dad. Rose stated that there were two before us. At 4:00, called and she said the repair man was done for the day. No phone call to inform us of that they would not show up. Called the next morning and Rose said she would call her boss to find out the status. She said she would call back. No call. Just don’t treat coustomers in this fashion. All it would have taking is a status report or a courtesy phone call to keep our families business UDATE: The exposure to the heat while waiting for a simple call to let us know if your even going to show up has led to my 100 year old father being placed in the hospital.
I had an appointment to fix my AC set for 1 PM. By 3 PM I called to find out if they were coming. no one answered the phone and the recording said the "Mailbox is full. Try again later". y 4 PM, I called another company and they came right out and fixed the AC. Benbrook AC never showed up and they don't have the courtesy to keep their customers informed when they are late (or a no show) and leave no way for the customer to communicate with the office or the technicians. Poor business practices. They've lost mine.
Missed appointment twice after confirming the appointment. And no call either. Very hard to contact these guys. Called about 20 times, no answer and no call back or no proper response so far. I hope these guys are legit in the first place.
Great response to a down air system. House was on the market and inspection scheduled to arrive that day. Went out of their way to help us out.

Great service! Josh diagnosed problems other technicians missed and resolved it for a fraction of what other companies proposed. I’ll be using Josh for all my properties.
These guys are honest and fair. They do quality work and worked with me with all 5 million of my questions. Highly recommend!
The techs are professional and honest. The problem is found and fixed promptly. The remi halo was installed in my home and it works so well! My children who have respiratory problems get sick easily and have been hospitalized every year in the past for respiratory problems but not since the remi halo was installed in my home. The tech explained in depth about the remi halo and we are very satisfied.
Very professional, on time and did the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a.c. service.
