I called in because our AC wasn't working and we didn't understand why. I made a call and Ben said he would arrive shortly. He took a look at our AC and when he had questions, he made some phone calls but informed us of what was happening throughout the process. I've only had an issue once before but the people who work for this company know what they're doing. I like how they explain all your options and don't pressure you into buying their service/product. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is having issues with their AC.

We woke up to no air conditioning and contacted Ben at Ben Air Systems, he called about 15 minutes prior to his schedule time, and was able to do the repair quickly and efficiently. I was also able to log onto their website, and get a coupon that save me an extra 20% ! I would highly recommend them for your needs, completely professional, and took the time to explain everything that was wrong, and what was going to be repaired . :) so happy! Thanks Ben.
Awesome service, great prices !!!! Always show up on time ready to work . Not only did they fix the problem that I was having with my A/C they gave me some great information on how to stay on top of the maintenance and helped me understand what could go wrong and the importance of not waiting to fix certain components... They took their time and were very knowledgeable on aspect of the job... I really appreciate their service and would recommend this company to anyone... REAL PROFESSIONALS!!!!
Ben came out quickly when we called for our elderly parents. He was professional, on time and gave us a fair price. It was a pleasure doing business with a honest and reliable company.
I find this kid Eddie on offer up promoting BENAIR says he will come at 11-12noon shows up at 4:18pm literally NODDING OFF and searching through his bag off tools the whole time finally finishes installing motor 3 HOURS LATER but the swamp cooler won't work tells me the belt is to small says he will show up and call the next day he gives me the BENAIR BUSSINESS CARD I pay him but 4 days later no call no show. I end up calling the owner his dad BEN he shows up on a Saturday which I respect to clean up his sons mess but tries to tell me the whole time how much he would charge, I was in the wrong, and his son was not working for BENAIR on this job. Tests the brand new motor and says it's the motor tells me i have to return and swap out for the same motor and leaves like father like son swamp cooler still not working. Beware hiring this kid EDDIE OR BENAIR this kid is a total liability and his father knows it. I would give 0 stars but it's not an option.. totally unsatisfied Customer George..
Ben and Eddie came out the same day and fixed my A/C when the company I called first had told me that it needed to be replaced! Very honest and very skilled at what they do. I'll never use another HVAC company again and you better believe ill be recommending them to all my friends!
