Filled my system promised. 2 refills, I he came back said it was different issues I do not need a refill ,so I got second opinion my system is empty needs refill
I've used Bella Family Air solutions on May 2nd, 2023. I was impressed by how clean and nest they were. He did his job professionally, very efficiently, and the cost for his services were at least 40% less than comparable companies. He also issued a 2 year warranty. I fully recommend his services.
They were sent through my insurance company. The tech was very professional and explained everything in great detail before starting work on my heating system.
I had a wonderful experience with this service. They were on time and answered all my questions & many times more then once. I was very happy with their service.
Big scammers they will make you pay for items that are not broken
I have not had any one so polite and knowledgeable when it comes to my home items. The AC wasn’t working and beside changing the part needed, he let me know that it was functioning dangerously because it needed maintenance. Very very unprofessional and total rip-off. I called them through Sears warranty. The guy came in and said that it’s not covered by warranty but the ac can be repaired and charged $1100 and said there is 2 years guarantee.So I got it done. After a week the ac stopped working again. I called him and he didn’t respond. After 45 days of pursuing phone calls he finally comes to check it. He then finds another problem in it and said that the ac needs to be replaced. He was not ready to explain me why it needs replacement and started arguing and saying that he is very busy and doesn’t have time to explain . So now he says to go through Sears again and get it replaced. So the money that was spent before was a waste.Wouldn’t advise anyone to go with this company. Total Rip-off and false diagnosis to earn money.

Excellent experience with this company. The problem was diagnosed fully, proposed repair explained entirely to satisfaction and the job performed completely. The house is nicely cooled and ready for the approaching summer season. I would do business again with the company without hesitation.
Bella family Air solutions literally saved my summer as I been out of work due to COVID I have a old r-22 unit which 3 companies kept telling me I have to get a new one with prices from $10-12,000 I schedule with Elton the service manager and he actually showed up a day early Amd was extremely transparent with his work showing me what was wrong n gave me three different solutions on how to fix my problem He was professional prompt he wore a mask and shoe coverings and answered every silly question I had I never felts so comfortable n pleased to spend money as he saved me thousands my unit was empty in r-22 Freon which is very expensive Bella family re filled my system performed maintenance added a leak seal and gave me a 5 year 2 time free fill up for only $800wow!!!!!!as I shopped around n it was easily a $1500 job and the warranty on Freon No company offers that I highly recommend them for any heating cooling or maintenance duct cleaning issues Thanks Elton from Bella Air as I said you saved my summer!!

Bella provided a superlative customer service experience every step of the way in handling my broken central AC. 1. I called, and the phone was answered by a human being, in this case, Elton. 2. He gave me his cell and assured me they would help me that same day, accommodating my work schedule to boot! 3. True to his word, he texted me an hour or so before arriving. 4. He diagnosed the issue and explained in detail what was wrong. 5. Elton waited patiently ( over 90 minutes) while I spoke to Sears Home Warranty about my claim/coverage. 6. When Sears unfortunately gave me disappointing news that most of the work was not covered, Elton and his boss, Carmine, stepped up in a big way. Rather than focus on what's covered/not covered or taking advantage of the situation to overcharge, they instead treated me with humanity. They gave me pricing that was incredibly reasonable and considerate. Bella provided my family service and comfort. I recommend them highly.
Horrible customer service. They were sent over by our home warranty carrier (Weichert). The technician (who identified himself as the owners son), initially said that the unit just needed cleaning and offered us a maintenance contract. When we declined, he went back to the unit and “discovered” a leak. He tried to get us to pay him hundreds of dollars for a repair, which clearly didn’t make sense since we had a warranty. The technician was dishonest and this company should be avoided.

BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS!!! They are guaranteed to rip you off. We call them for a simple repair to our boiler and the technician spent a whole hour insisting that if we do a maintenance with them before they provide the repairs. That if we refused the maintenance we were obligated to pay the deductible. We ended up paying them $400.00, with him stating the work is guaranteed for 60 days. Well the same issue continued within the 60 day period, so we gave them a call and a gentleman answered and started diagnosing the problem over the phone, insisting it is now a plumbing issue and we will have to call a plumber. He wouldn't even send someone out, he did all this over the phone. Please be aware!!!
The technicians worked on my boiler, and did not leave until it was in working condition. Very determined, very professional, and very descriptive as far as what the issue was. I'm giving them 5 stars because their work ethics were of technicians back in my father's time. They went above and beyond, and I am appreciative. Elton and Vinnie, thank you so much.
Be extremely careful and avoid if possible. The technician try to up sell on everything related to simple air conditioner maintenance, and at one point he wanted us to upgrade the whole air-conditioner. To earn credibility he claimed to be owners son and that, he operate on his business principles. We were forced to used to them as they were the only approved technician with Weichert home warranty. He has charged at least $300 more than the average maintenance cost.
