Don did a great job getting out a/c back up and going. I would highly recommend Don if you need work done. He’s fast, reliable, and fair. I will be using him again for future services.

He came back out to repair as soon as my parts were in. I will only use Bee Cool going forward. Made my non contact visit need a priority and went above and beyond to communicate and left everything working great! My house has never been so cold! Pleasure doing business with you! Thank you Donald!!! Our air unit has been a mess for years! Every summer we have had to pay for someone to come check it out and they have never been the way Donald was for us. He came out quickly, found the problem within an hour and then fixed it within another hour! We are so thankful to not suffer this Tennesse heat anymore! He had put a permanent fix to it without it costing an arm and a leg. Our air blows like it never has before! Thank you again Donald!!!
I called and spoke with Donald on Tuesday, he came out that day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Found the problem in no time. He ordered the part right away and I had my air conditioning running by Thursday. Only took about 45 minutes to do. Great work, good price, very professional and very nice man. I will definitely call him for any future problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
My experience with HVAC repair in Clarksville has not been the greatest over the years. After replacing my entire system 2 years ago and having to correct issues with another service, I was more than frustrated that my a/c was already not working. I called Bee Cool and got an immediate response. Not only that, they said they would come the same day. Don came exactly when he said he would, and immediately got into the system. It was an expensive fix that wasn’t covered under warranty. Don talked me through it and came up with a plan to repair the issue instead of replacing the part, saving me $500. He stayed until the job was done and even made sure there would be no further issues. He even put a reminder in his phone to check back with us this fall to make sure it was still working. This was the best service I’ve seen in Clarksville.
Don gave me a great estimate to replace all of the duct work under my house. The crew came out within two weeks at the time he said and had the work done and all cleaned up in two days! Great job and very pleasant to deal with.
Donald came over this morning to do a heating tune-up. He cleaned it up and made sure that it was working properly. He came earlier in the year for my AC tune-up. I highly recommend Bee Cool!
This is the second year in a row that I've had an HVAC tune up with this company and, once again, I am very satisfied with the work and service. He gently suggested things to consider without an irritating high pressure sales tactic. He even reminded me of the coupon in the Peddler that I had forgotten to mention. Donald came out yesterday to look at my Ac/heat pump. It was still working but needed some TCL and serious cleaning since it had been two years since it was last serviced . He did a great job and we will be using Bee Cool for any future work!

Don came by my house after servicing my neighbors. I asked him if he would check out my AC unit. He agreed and did a great job of looking everything over and cleaning the unit throughly. I am very pleased with his work.

Don told me i needed a new motor and instead of waiting for the next day for it to be delivered he went to Nashville to get it so he could install it that day.
Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and Very professional! We called Don on a Friday afternoon and he was at our house in 20 mins. He was able to quickly diagnos our ac problem and was willing to drive to Nashville on Saturday morning to get the part we needed and get us back up and running. Our unit is not quite 2 years old so we weren't expecting a repair but we are SUPER thankful we called Don at Bee Cool! Would recommend his business to anyone needing fast, professional, and knowledgeable service.!
After waiting for 2 days for another company, that never showed or let us know they weren’t coming, called Bee Cool and he offered to come right over. Scheduled for next morning. Very prompt and always communicated with us. Service call price was very reasonable. Great ethics and his honesty shows through!!!
Don has come out and fixed our HVAC unit twice now. (two separate issues a year apart) He's very professional and helpful explaining everything to me. He came same day both times which was a very good thing with 3 babies in the house. He also gives a military discount which is a plus. I highly recommend him for HVAC repairs.
