Frequently overcharging for any services, duplicate charges for recently failed repair, ridiculously expensive job quote.. etc on and on. one of the worst contractors that I have ever used in my 22 years living in Boston area. I would give them zero star.
The BEST! I could go on for a day about this company, however all you need to do is call and see for yourself, top notch service above and beyond family owners. I will never use anyone else.
We have used BM for several years and have been happy with their customer service, responsiveness and workmanship.
We had a problem with our furnace. They scheduled service for the next day and while the technician was really talkative, he found and repaired the problem at a good price.
Our furnace stoped working today in this extremely cold weather. I called other companies but none of them can come to fix it on the same day. I called bedford mechanic, the gentleman came, he is very experienced and knowledgeable, he found the issue right away! High recommend!
We needed a new heating system, and got quite a few quotes. Bedford Mechanical was one of the few companies that actually wrote down numbers from old heating system and did measurements of the house. The two tectnichians were polite and did a wonderful job!
Unprofessional service technician. Fairly new to the company is not an excuse for anything.
A non-starter. I had them come to do a quote on a new AC system on a Thursday, and was told I'd get it the next Wednesday at the latest. I called them Wednesday, and they said they were busy but I'd have it by Friday. I called them Friday, and they said they'd give me a call back in a few minutes. It's 11 days later, no call back and no quote. I went with someone else. Don't waste your time.
We have done business with many HVAC Contractors in the past. We find Bedford Mechanical to be one of the most honest and competent mechanics in New England. We had Bedford Mechanical install a hot air furnace and A/C system at our home. Their price was the most reasonable when compared to three other contractor we asked to submit the quotes. They also stand behind their work. Our furnace broke down and they repaired it at no cost. Very courteous customer service. We will highly recommend them if you are looking to repair on install a new heating/ cooling system.
