Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable! My furnace had stopped working, and they got it back up and running quick. While they were in there, they noticed some questionable house wiring that we should have an electrician look at, and they also had practical next steps to repair a longtime water drip inside the furnace. A different company here in Findlay used scare tactics and tried pushing us to replace the entire furnace+AC, so we really appreciate the integrity at Beck.
