Been a regular customer for years, as they perform my 2x per year maintenance. Unit wasn't blowing cold today ...Heat index 104 degrees outside. Called at 1130 am Winston arrived at my house at 1230 and my house is cold again at 130! You can not beat this kind of service!

Air conditioning stopped working and despite not being a regular customer of Beat the Heat they showed up that evening and fixed problem. Winston was very professional and explained issues. Very reasonable rates !! Plan on switching to them for regular service .

Let me start off to say how professional, kind, caring and so honest these two men were. They gave me a very fair price and they were extremely trust worthy. It's a family-owned business and they are both brothers. I had other quotes from other companies which were looking to hurt me financially. I highly recommend this company. I've been in SWFL for about 12 years now, and have dealt with a fair number of the local AC companies over that time. I've always felt like I was dealing with salesmen at best, and con-men at worst. When I got sick of it and had another company do a full retrofit, I figured I'd be all set, they'd stand behind their work, right? Nope. That other company was the worst of the lot, upselling on every maintenance visit, making veiled threats about how if I didn't buy their new pricey toy, my system would suffer for it. I finally called Beat the Heat on word-of-mouth. Their first visit, they repaired a problem with my drip pan switches, which had been ongoing with my previous company for over a year, in less than an hour and for a fraction of the price quoted by my previous company. If you are tired of feeling like you just walked off a used car lot each time you deal with your current AC company, call Beat the Heat. You won't be sorry. Their techs may not look like 1950s milkmen, but they will get the job done right, at an appropriate price. Never been this happy with a home service company.

Easter weekend unresponsive called Lucas phone lady said I had wrong number that was after calling office which was not taking messages.

We own about 30 rentals in the area and have for YEARS been struggling to find an A/C company that does excellent work, delivers on their promises and is, most importantly, honest. Owning rentals and not being able to be present and hands on, we have to put a lot of faith in our vendors, and Beat the Heat has not once given us even the slightest pause for concern. They are professional, personable, competitively priced, ALWAYS available. As a property manager, this company is one of my biggest assets and since giving them our business, life in the A/C arena has officially changed. Truly a superlative company.

After calling around and getting some outrageous prices from the bigger guys I decided to call beat the Heat. His prices were substantially lower than anything else I found. Work is high quality, extremely pesonable, my house is cold again!
My AC went out on a Saturday evening and the guys from Beat the Heat were at my house within half an hour. They then had my unit up and running in no time. They were very friendly and professional. I now use them for preventative maintenance and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. They are on time, honest and take the time to answer any questions I have so I can make an educated decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC company.
Beat the Heat has been servicing and repairing my AC since they opened their business. They have always been on time, reasonably priced, and professional. It is refreshing to work with a company that is honest and not constantly trying to sell me something I don't need. Thank you guys!
My husband and I were very surprised to see a negative review posted about this company. Co-owner Lucas Jensen has taken care of our HVAC system for years (installing a new one for us a number of years ago). He has always been courteous, professional and has the highest work ethic. I would recommend Beat the Heat A/C & Heating to anyone in need of HVAC service.
