Two units down at the same time on a very hot day heading in to a holiday weekend! One unit up and running same day and other running the very next! These folks are responsive, professional and on time!
I highly recommend this company. I had a dryer vent that had a hole it due to it being improperly installed before we bought our townhome. It was a messy duct tape job. Warm hair had been leaking into the wall (for probably a long time) and our drywall had completely disintegrated. Robert came to our home from Beasley Legacy Heating and Air to assess the situation. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was honest and did what was needed to fix the situation instead of doing the most costly option that wasn’t necessary at the time (but will be in the future). I value honesty, transparency, and doing things the right way in a company. This company checked all those boxes for me today. He was knowledgeable about building codes and requirements as well.
Beasley’s came out on the he day agreed on and performed semi annual maintenance. They were thorough and able to explain everything they did for us. I would highly recommend this service.

I got Sid for an after hours repair on my ac that went out the night before. I had a 38 week pregnant wife in the heat of July so not having a AC in NC was not an option. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour, and was also really good about showing me how to do my own preventative maintenance so that it does not happen again. Defitely coming back in the future for maintenance and repair. Just another case of local budiness having better rates and service than corporations.
If you are looking for a company that does quality work at a reasonable price with great response time you don’t have to look any further. Called them up when my A/C went out and they came within 2 hours during one of the hottest days of the year to get me up and running. Look forward to continuing using Beasley for many years to come.
Let me tell you just how awesome this HVAC company is! These guys came out earlier today after I received an alert on my thermostat of cooling loss. When Syd first arrived, my unit had started working again. He thoroughly checked it out and stayed a little while to make sure it was cooling properly. After a couple of hours, my outside unit stopped working again so I called the after hours number. Syd AND Johnnie, who owns Beasley Legacy Heating and Air, LLC, came back out after 9:30 and fixed a burned out wire! I can't thank them enough!!! If you are looking a fair, reliable and honest HVAC company, you will not do better these guys!
Beasley has been working on my systems for a few years now. They have been great at nursing one system along and did a replacement on another. Sid was my most recent technician and he spent an hour running down a issue where others would simply replace the component. I highly recommend Beasley Legacy Heating and Air.
Excellent local HVAC Service! Looking a fair priced, honest HVAC company? Look no further. My wife and I have had issues with the HVAC system in our 2 year old house and spoke with 4 other HVAC companies, one of which recommended ripping out all the ducts and starting from scratch for $10,000 (Biggs HVAC). Then we ran across Johnnie, Robert, and Cyrus with Beasley Legacy HVAC. Johnnie and his family, that's right you read that correctly- family (all the guys that work here are related) came right out, resolved the entire network of issues and did a few upgrades for under $1500. We couldn't be happier!! Thanks Beasley HVAC!

Beasley Legacy Heating and Air responded to my call quickly and answered all my questions. They were out the next day and checked out my ac unit. They found the problem had the part in stock and fixed it same day. Excellent! Very reasonable prices too. They were also professional and very knowledgeable about the system. Will definitely use them again.
We had an AC problem last evening and left a message for Johnnie Beasley, he called us back ASAP...came out the next day and fixed our problem! These guys are professional, from the area and I would and will refer them to everyone!

Our A/C was out on 5/31 when we got home from work and house was 80 degrees. Called Beasley Legacy and our A/C was up and running by 10:30 a.m. on June 1st. Great company, dependable and caring. Highly recommded.
