My AC at work went out. They were there the next morning to fix the problem. Best part, the switch that needed replacing was still under warranty. 💯 Percent recommend this company.
Brandon and Sawyer were very accommodating and friendly workers. explained details on what they were doing. they responded to our service request promptly and they spent extra time even if they don't normally work on a Saturday

Brandon was absolutely great. He came out on the 4th of July while giving his other employees the day off and had our unit up and going in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try to sell us anything extra and was completely honest about fixing the issue. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to previously trying to be taken advantage of by another company which had came out the day before. BCD services heating and air is absolutely a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who wants an upfront company who doesn't try to take advantage of people. 100% pleased.
