I will NEVER use another company, and neither should you. I used many companies over the years and landed here. I will utilize them for rest of my life. Not only did they take the time to take care of my unique situation, they explained the process. Step by step, we figured it out together. Steeler job.

I was on the phone explaining my problem but I think he put the phone down and never said a word. Problem not fixed.
When the temperatures dropped to 4 degrees, like many people might I began thinking about the condition of our furnace. Mike was responsive to my voicemail messages, and very informative during the service call. I appreciate a good education when dealing with maintenance issues, and Mike was happy to oblige.
I called Bayer, they came out in about 45 minutes, fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves, and the bill was actually less than I expected. I would recommend BAYER to anyone with a heating and air issue
Avoid this guy! Doesn't even know how to take apart the thermostat!
