Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. He Saved us from the Texas heat!
GREAT experience. I'm pregnant and have 3 young children and I couldn't get another company to come out fast enough when our ac went out in the heat of the summer. I called and Joe was there that evening. He diagnosed the problem and had to order a special part but had it in a timely manner and got us fixed up so quickly AND for an extremely fair price. I will call him every time we need any service he can provide!
We made a late call to Bay Air Conditioning and they arrived first thing the next morning. They got us a quote, financing and had us scheduled for a replacement for our outside unit by the evening. They were back the next morning installing it and by time I went back to work after my lunch hour, we had cold air blowing in the house again at a price hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes we'd received the previous day. Our experience was nothing but positive!
HVAC All star company that came out within two hours of initial phone call. After describing the issues of my AC, Joe knew immediately what it was and had our AC up and going in no time. Thank you Joe, will be using Bayarea AC for any future Air Conditioning needs.

I called bay ac at 11:30 at night and he was at my house within 30 minutes fixed my issue he was very nice came in with his tools ready didn’t take him no longer then 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong highly recommend this company!!!!!

We have always used a local company, but they we're not available. I Googled and called Bay A/C and they came out the same day. .. Very nice and did professional job very impressed.. We highly recommend them👍
Great Service, called Joe at 9:00 AM Saturday, he showed up at 11:00 just as he said. Turned out that our problem was with our Nest Thermostat of which we asked him to replace.

I called Bay ac after another company wanted $15,000 to replace my ac system. Bay ac repaired my existing unit for $300 after the other said that it was not repairable.
The customer service I received from Bay Air Conditioning was exceptional. Not only did they show up the same day, they had everything they needed to complete the job. I can't say that for everybody. They also had the most competitive rate among the three companies that came out.
Hope nothing else goes wrong but if it does i know who i will call. Had our AC up and going in no time.
I was very pleased with customer service and knowledge. He really went the extra mile and made sure everything was running great. I would recommend and defiantly use his services again He was affordable and professional could not ask for a better job.
