I have had Chris from Battle Born A/C and heating out twice now. He is always reasonably priced and doesn't try to upsell. Very professional and knowledgeable. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

I highly recommend Battle Born for any AC or heating issues. Wayne and Chris are honest and professional. Prices are competitive. Nice guys too motor in my AC so I made arrangements for Chris to do the work. Wayne kept me updated on price and arrival time. They worked hard and did a wonderful job. We have used Battle Born AC a few times in the past two years for both maintenance and repairs on our HVAC. Each service has been scheduled, diagnosed and fixed with professionalism, knowledge and fair pricing. I can not say enough good things about Chris and all the staff. They have kept us cool in the hottest part of the year, without breaking the bank, and the part we need is always on the truck. I have recommended them to my friends and family with excellent feedback.
Excellent customer service. Wayne kept me updated on the status of the part needed. Chris is professional and knowledgeable. Thank you I totally recommend these guys. The AC stopped working on a holiday weekend during an Excessive Heat Warning!! Their response time is excellent.
Highly recommend. Called Battle Born A/C at 8am and 2 technicians were at my house at 12:30pm. The technicians were professional and had the issue fixed quickly. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely use them again.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. From my first phone call to shaking hands on the way out after installation, I was kept informed, got great advice, had everything explained, etc. My old unit was 26 years old and after talking with Chris' dad, and then Chris himself, I decided to go ahead and get new. In just a few days from when I called and Chris came out, I had my new unit and am deliriously happy. Everyone on the team is professional, highly knowledgeable, and super friendly. They got it done and cleaned up after. Great experience! Thanks again guys.
Highly recommend. They were quick with coming out to give us a quote and finishing the job. We had a few companies come through, but we chose this company because of the following reasons: 1) Very responsive 2) Great customer Service 3) Reasonably Priced 4) Everything was explained in a manner to allow for us to understand (it wasn’t full of SME verbiage). 5) All questions were answered so that we understood. 6) The techs came in, cleaned up, wore booties, laid cloth through out the house and even assisted with a messed up light fixture that wasn’t part of the job. Everyone that we came into contact with was friendly and personable. They did an amazing job and I’m super happy with the end result.
I'm a fan of these guys. They do great work for a reasonable price. They are clean and respectful. They explain what's wrong and why it got that way in an understandable way and not too much "tech talk" so I'm fully clear about the problem. They are also fast and efficient. Recommended by a friend, and I refer all my friends to them now.
Can’t speak for their services but i can speak for their driving & they are absolutely awful!!! Basically ran me off the road today!
Battleborn is a great company that’s honest with excellent service. Another company tried to upsell me $2200 in repairs, but the part my AC needed was only a few hundred dollars including labor and service call at Battleborn, with same day service. It’s been over 3 months and my AC is still running great. I highly recommend Battleborn for any AC repairs and servicing.

Second time using them! Extremely efficient and honest! Came and checked my issues the same day I called both times... which I appreciate so much because it’s extremely hot... everything was fixed and ready to go within an hour. Chris is extremely honest and fair... and friendly. Highly recommend Battle Born AC!
No one ever answers the phone When they finally call back days later they set an apt for the next week and then bail and pretend they showed up. No missed calls and was waiting with door open Horrible customer service
One of our AC units needed to be replaced due to damage from dog urine, I didn’t even know that was possible. We had 3 people come take a look, battle born gave us the best price by far, and they got it done within a very reasonable time frame! Sucks to have to get it done, but they were a great company. Love that it’s family run and they were so nice. Also it looks the only bad reviews for them are actually for another company with a similar name, very annoying.
These people are approved vendors of National Home Warranty. My refrigerator went out. They were contracted to fix it That would have been great if they ever called! No call, no contact. So I called them and they have an answer machine...ALL DAY! NO ONE with a pulse to pick up the phone. Welcome to the 19th century! Get real! This was beyond a rediculous experience.
What great service! Eric took the time to explain what was wrong and get us running again. Cost seemed very reasonable for work done. Would recommend them to anyone.
I needed a new thermostat and Chris came out to help me. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company for any AC or heating issues.
Tech came and did his thing with my refrigerator, when he left the door to the freezwe had grease all over it where he had touched the rollers and then adjusted/closed the door. Refrigerator door same thing on the left side where he opened it to check the temperature. Have pictures, but can not post them. Off to clean the doors.
