Batista Heating & Cooling has WON me as a permanent customer! Melvin was absolutely AMAZING! He was thorough with his service in tuning up my furnace for the winter. He educated me on the do's and dont's to get the most efficient results from my furnace in heating my home. He even pointed out an issue he noticed with my water heater while working on my furnace!!! Melvin is caring, honest, trustworthy, educated and EXTREMELY attentive!!! He is a TRUE professional. I would've had to wait an extra week for his service but thanks to Melvin, as soon as an earlier appointment became available, he called me back right away to give me the service I needed in the same day!! Melvin recharged my A/C twice. I recently moved and had a problem with my current A/C. I called Melvin and he worked very hard to make sure my system was working well for me and my family. We've used Batista Heating and Cooling a few times now. Melvin is really great! He's been available for emergencies and arrived early for a scheduled maintenance. He explained everything he's going to do in a way we can understand and the prices are pretty reasonable. Best of all our system is working! Thankful to have someone we can trust!

I will definitely go back to Batista Heating and Cooling for my next HVAC service. Mr. Batista is very professional at what he does and I can tell that he knows what he’s doing and will not lie to you unlike big companies that just wants your money. Other companies would have charged me a crazy amount of money for a terrible job but he gave me a reasonable price for the work that was done and I’m very satisfied. He even recommended me to a company to get my air ducts cleaned and I was satisfied as well. He’s also very quick to reply to any questions you might have which I’m sure everyone is looking for. Overall great service and I will be calling his company for any problems that I might have with my HVAC unit because I know he’s dependable and will have an answer for me and will fix it for a reasonable price.

Melvin is the best. He provides first rate service. He explains things clearly. Although we arranged for him to come on a Monday, he came the Saturday before because he had a cancellation. His work ethic and level of integrity are unquestionable. I was truly impressed when i received a text to ask me how the unit was working. Finally, the cost for the service, #reasonable
Heaven sent pretty much sums it up!!! My furnace went out during our recent cold spell and everyone a family friend reached out to wasn't available and then he meet Melvin. He explained to Melvin my situation and without hesitation Melvin came to my house and fixed my furnace within the hour. I can't say enough about his professionalism and pleasent disposition. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I knew what was going on, and as a single woman I appreciated that. I highly recommend Batista Heating and Cooling and if I could give 6 stars I would.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Very knowledgeable about cooling/heating system, Great Service price. He actually saved me LOTS of Money. I was advised by another company that i need to replace my circuit board with total cost of around $800. Then I decided to call another company to get another estimate. Luckily i found this company, Mervin showed up and found out that the issue is NOT actually from the circuit board. he fixed my AC issue with much less cost. I will definitely use this company again for any cooling/heating issue that i have.
