The Bartlett Team did a great job repairing our faucet leak, and provided some great advice on prevention of future leaks. They were prompt, courteous and professional.
We recently (January 2022) had Bartlett Plumbing come in and correct 3 problems within our basement. 1.) They replaced my water shut off valves in our basement which had been installed back in the mid 70's, and then removed an old water softener unit from the same time. 2.) Our kitchen drain that ran underneath the concrete had reverse grade on it that allowed it to accumulate grease and debris "clogs". So they ran a new line from the copper kitchen drain to our 4" toliet drain 15' away anchoring it to the wall, very nicely. 3.) The old sump pump line was re-establised outside with a discharge pipe extending past our garage. These took about 8 hours to finish, but I am 100 % pleased with the outcome. After working over 30 years at a Wastewater Facility and Water System, where my job was inspecting new services for compliance along with maintaining clean drinking water (I wore 2 hats for 4 municipalities) I highly recommend Bartlett Plumbing from this experience.

Showed up on time and fixed problem, then showed him something else I was concerned about and he fixed that problem by resetting the up stairs toilet to prevent a noticeable leak. He didn't have to reschedule for another appointment, a quick fix and a happy customer.
I’ve had two unforeseen issues in the past month and each time Bartlett has come as quickly as possible and got the job done efficiently. I will definitely be using them for anything else that may come my way w my new house, and recommending them to anyone in need!
