Prompt service but very pricey
We've been using Prospers Finest A/C and Heat for preventive maintenance and HVAC repairs for several years. About a month ago, the evaporator coil (3-4 hr job) went out in main A/C unit downstairs. Daniel came out the next day, assessed the problem and had it repaired within 48 hours. A week ago, wouldn't you know it, the upstairs evaporator coil went. Today Daniel came out and did the repairs and had us back up and running again. In addition, I had mentioned air -flow problems in two of the upstairs bedrooms. Daniel fixed the problem and now we are getting nice flow into those two rooms! We can always depend on his integrity and getting a fair price! Thanks Prospers Finest!
Called them at 8 am and they said they could be there at 4 pm. Called me an hour later and said they could be there at 10 am. Showed up as said and got system up and running in no time. Great service at a fair price. Would use them again.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Within one hour of calling, they had 2 service technicians out to the house and they fixed our AC. Super impressed with response time and quality of work. We will be using them again!
I literally cannot say enough good about Prosper's Finest! Our AC blower went out on a Friday afternoon. They arrived within 20 minutes of my call and had the replacement part and repair competed by the following Monday. Considering the late notice of our issue we were thrilled with the to.e to restoration of AC! We have had many positive experiences and highly recommend!

If you are looking for reliable HVAC work without gimmicks and bs, call Prosper's Finest. Dan is as reliable as it gets, and he means business. He will give you straight answers to your HVAC problems, and fix them. It's as simple as that. This is the only place I go to get my a/c unit or heater worked on.
We were in need of freon for our A/C, which led to entirely too much freon being administered by this company. Thus costing our family $500.00 needlessly and when it was completely unnecessary to input such a large amount. Furthermore, it became a health hazard for our son who has asthma due to the extreme heavy fog being emitted into our home from way too much freon. I question the leadership and honesty as well as ethics of this company. Customers beware!!
First time I’ve had to call for an AC repair in about 12 years since I’ve been in TX. #1, great communication and follow up regarding the appt with the office staff - Service Tech’s were Prompt, professional/courteous and educational. Can’t beat it for a first experience, I highly recommend.

I had some preventative maintenance done for my AC system and everything from scheduling the appointment to the technician's visit was absolutely painless. Tech's showed up on time, and they were terrific to work with. No hassle, no fuss, just straight forward service at a reasonable price. They will be my go-to place for AC service from here on out.

I am the type of home owner who likes to be involved and understand the troubleshooting, and resolution process. Daniel and his team were very patient with me and earned my confidence that they know what they are doing and strive to provide a quality service. So far they have only done maintenance and troubleshooting but the experience makes them the prime choice if and when the time comes for replacement.
