Jared was the technician that helped with my TRANE system when I had no heat at 3:00am on 1.16.2022. I called the emergency number and Jared responded promptly at 8:15am. He arrived by 9:15am and began working to fix the issue. I was impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, and promptness. Jared was impressionable and is a wonderful asset to Climate Doctors! Thank you for having such wonderful staff on-board during an emergency situation. Temperatures were in the low 30s when my heating system went out.

Excellent service! During seasonal maintenance of our residential HVAC, Cody solved a lingering problem of one of our units with great outside the box thinking. Avoided a likely costly electrician consult; we will continue to monitor, but for right now, the system is performing the best in years!!!

In a world where exceptional customer service has largely become a thing of the past, Climate Doctors is a clear cut above. Technician Cody was prompt, professional, informative and articulate.He appropriately dumbed down his post-inspection results and offered to answer any questions I had - without my feeling rushed or stupid ( which I certainly am, especially when confronted with HVAC issues). Altogether a terrific customer experience.
This was the annual inspection of our heating system. Jared was courteous and professional. He took his time to inspect our unit and to explain the inspection to us. We will absolutely use Climate Doctors again.
Cody came out and looked for an oil Leak where freon was leaking. He didn't find one. So I agreed to charge the sys. tem and see if it would hold. 350.00 It didn't. I called Climate Dr. and they sent Jay . He Took the top off the out side unit climbed inside and used leak detectors and found the leak and fixed it. 680.00 well spent . 350.00 dollars wasted.

Josh did an awesome job going through my whole system trying to resolve the issue. He was thorough and patient and did find the issue, made the repairs and I was up and running. He showed up in the time frame specified, was courteous and professional. I've used Climate Doctors for years for regular PMs and general repairs. They have never let me down. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC related services. Great Quality, Service and Price.

Inspection following repair work they did last year. Tech was knowledgeable and kept me apprised of all steps he was taking. We discussed possible options going forward, was impressed with the way he was able to explain things in lay terms that were clear and understandable.
Joshua was extremely competent. He adjusted the heat speed for both of our furnaces. (I thought I had been told that this was not adjustable.) I look forward to next winter with a quieter furnace! Also, he was a very knowledgeable and diligent service man. I appreciate the time he took to help us; he answered all our questions.
