This company is absolutely the best. Excellent customer service which goes above and beyond for its customers. From the initial phone call with Christine, who coordinated the impeccable on time scheduling, to the technicians Chuck & Tim, who came to make the repairs. Prompt, professional, highly experienced, courteous and knowledgeable about their business. Hard to find companies like this nowadays. It will definitely be my go-to company from now on.

They came to our home on Saturday. I'd called at 8am, they were here at 11am and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 12. Excellent prompt service and they are our techs of choice. Thank you.

My thermostat broke and I had to make a decision. Googled best AC in Banning and they came up first. I called later in the day and by 5 pm, my AC was up and running. 100% recommended.
Everything done by phone. Technician called on initial visit, but did not call on the final. Seems like they do good work. Christine in the office is very professional and email me the final bill promptly.
When my AC failed in the midst of our heat wave I called the company I've used for years, only to find they were going out of business. I sought and received a referral to Banning Air Conditioning & Heating. It turned out to be an excellent referral! After calling I got an immediate call back from Christine. Even though they had commitments into the afternoon, I got a mid day call from Tim and he came by shortly thereafter. He assessed my problem, but had to make a 2pm mandatory meeting. He committed to be back at 7:30 the next morning with parts to complete my job. To my delight he called and returned at 4pm the same day and completed my repair, and I was thankfully enjoying cool air by the evening at a very fair and reasonable cost and a thorough explanation of the needed parts. Banning Air Conditioning & Heating is now my "go to" repair company in the future. Excellent work and customer service!
Thanks to Tim and Christine my prayers have been answered. I wasted so much time using the wrong contractors over the past 18 years and now I finally have someone to rely on. The difference is almost like magic between yesterday and today, and it is all thanks to a very simple remedy and within my budget.

These guys are a joke, they are unprofessional and do not know how to make sure there techs have everything they need for each job. I will definitely think twice about hiring you guys again

Best AC and Heating
They were professional, polite,neat, and reasonably priced. In fact, the costly repair I feared was necessary turned out to NOT be the problem. The technician properly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a much lower price. They offer very good customer service over the phone as well.
