Exceptional services!!! One of my AC units was diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. Excellent supply chain system allowing new motor drop-off for immediate repair.. Highly recommendable!!!
Never showed up, called them back, "We will find the tech and call you with ETA". Never called us back, never showed up, been 12 days now, NOTHING. Meanwhile while its 110 in my house, coffee cups are melting. If I KOOD they'd get ZERO STARS !! I knew just needed a $30 Capacitor, easy $$ for them. DamAssHat HunnyBadgerzzz !!
One star for being able to reach customer service right away. All downhill from there. They scheduled a same day appt to have a tech come out to diagnose our broken down AC. We took time off work to be home. No one showed up during the 12-3pm window. I called to check on the tech’s status half an hour past the time slot and was told I would get a call back with an update. Never received a call back and no one ever came out for the repair.
