Banker Heat & Air has come to my rescue once again! They are so professional and friendly. They can assess the situation quickly and give fair estimates. The price for repair to my AC Unit was very reasonable. They are my first and last call when it comes to Heat & Air!! AAAA++++

This is the 4th time we've used Banker Heating and Air in the last few years. Jerry and his crew are prompt, honest and very dependable. They are our number one go to for our Heating and Air conditioning needs.
We chose Banker Heating & Air to flip our system from floor vents in our 45+ year old home to ceiling vents and install a new heating unit in the attic and AC outside. Jerry and the installers were extremely knowledgeable in sizing and placing the units, returns, and vents for maximum air flow and comfort. The most important reasons for our choosing Banker Heating and Air is that they were happy to answer all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction, they did not try to up-sale us, and we had used them in the past and knew them to be honest and trustworthy. The installers knew my husband had many questions and concerns and they were very helpful and patient in making sure he was informed and happy with the steps they were taking. They were also courteous and kept each area clean as they worked. This was by far the best contractor experience we have had! By flipping our units to upstairs, we gained 2 large closets, additional square footage and we no longer have to worry about furniture placement due to floor vents. Another bonus-by moving one unit to the other end of the house we gained a spacious walkway.
I contacted Jerry based upon a positive referral from a friend of mine to help troubleshoot my heating system. As suspected, my furnace was not getting adequate make-up air. Jerry offered practical solutions to fix the issue and even offered budget-sensitive options that I could do myself to get me by until the unit will need replaced. I will definitely contact Banker Heat & Air for future service needs!
I was out of town and my kids were at home and our AC went out on a holiday weekend. Matt came out and fixed the air even though he was out with his family enjoying a holiday weekend. We cannot thank him enough for doing this. It's an example of going above and beyond. He did quality work, he even cleaned the unit, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the whole process. Jerry came out on a Friday and checked my system and told me right away what was wrong. Had an estimate later that afternoon and his guys installed a new AC on Monday morning. Definitely recommend to everyone
Jerry and his crew are second to none. Kind and professional operators. With top of the line equipment. Highly recommend them. They replaced my AC and furnace this spring (2022).
Jerry and his team went above and beyond to help us. "Salt of the earth" team that cares for their customer. We were at war with American Home Shield and getting nowhere. They were taking their time and giving us the "run around". Being at the end of our rope (and approaching the 4-week mark of not having heat), we called Jerry and his team. They showed up the same day we called him, diagnosed the problem, helped us by cutting some of his labor costs, and installed a new furnace. Total time 2 days.

We paid the company their high fees because they were “experts” with mini splits. We had them out twice and and they didn’t fix it. The owner was rude when I addressed the problem. He never offered to refund. His young, novice workers were nice but had no clue what they were doing.
Great work replacing my entire downstairs unit today. Will use for the upstairs unit next. Thanks Jerry.
Jerry Banker is a great choice for any heat and air repair. We called with a minor heater issue on a Sunday and he was at our house within 15 minutes. He is efficient and also very reasonably priced, and he doesn’t recommend any services that aren’t necessary.
In this day and age it's a hard decision on who to pick to service really anything. Like you I have concerns over knowledge, professionalism, and most of all price. Jerry Banker met all of that and so much more. First, he responded to my message on a Sunday within a couple hours, which to me was impressive. I was not expecting a call back until Monday. Then he surprised me again and offered to come out THAT day if we were in a bad way. I really appreciated that, but decided to let him enjoy his weekend with his family. We have a fireplace that kept us warm. Jerry was right on time on Monday, His appearance was professional and his attitude was that of a long-time friend here to help his buddy out. My daughter joined us as Jerry diagnosed the furnace. He carried on a light banter with us both and upon hearing my daughter's interest in engineering Jerry lit up and began to show her the ins and outs of a heating system and what made it tick. His work was quick and effecient, he obviously knew his way around and was fully prepared with all the tools necessary to complete the job. His price was fair and the work was quality. I've found my new goto guy for HVAC. I highly recommend Jerry Banker at Banker Heating & Air.

I called Banker after a referral from a friend. I prefer using small businesses as opposed to the big companies. Jerry had his crew at my house the following day. We needed a new coil, and possible unit. Jerry came out and gave me the options and the costs. He recommended going the less expensive route for the time being. I was very happy with his honesty, and integrity. We will definitely be using Banker Heat & Air from now on!
