I called them to come look at a leak on my ceiling in my entranceway! They investigated it and said the main duct needed to be rewrapped and taped! They said they would get back with me! I called them every week got over a month and the lady that answered the phone always says they are busy but some one will call me back! It has been about 6 weeks since they checked out my situation! I called the office today and told the lady I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! She said go ahead as if she did not care! These folks did come recommend but I would not recommend them if they are this way! Just common curtesy to call and let one know whether they can do the job or not !
