One Hour has some of the most courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Their time response is impressive and if possible they get your issues solved as fast as possible. We have had several technicians here over the years and our latest Cody was wonderful in time and knowledge. Much thanks and appreciation!
Great company
Was scheduled for next day service, however I was called a little later and notified that a tech could be on site within 20 minutes. He, Cody Rogers, showed up quickly and performed the needed maintenance. He was friendly with me, my kids, and my dogs. He patiently explained to me about the pressures, temperatures, and fluid states of refrigerant and how the system works. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
fast and knowledgeable
Ronnie and Jason were the two technicians who diagnosed(Ronnie) and verified (Jason) the condition of my system. Jason went over the options I had and explained each one. I chose to replace the entire system. Trey and Jonathan arrived on time and were very professional. I would recommend One Hour A/C.
The company is great, I had an issue with my a/c unit at 8 p.m and when I called them I expected them to set me up with a repairman the next day but they came out that night and fixed the problem... #greatcompany👍
My furnace stopped coming on and working as it should. So I called them and they made an appointment for the same day which was good with me, I was glad to get someone to come out and look at it but they even went beyond and call me back in just a little while and said a technician was in my area do I want him to come out sooner then the appointment time. He got here and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the people and the price so yes I would recommend them to someone needing help.

Kelly and Melissa handle Air Conditioning problems with great care and prompt service. They run a great company, and I will recommend them in the future.
