Love these repairman. Did a great job. Highly recommended!!
I hired Balducci heating and Air to come put a new heat pump in and it took many contacts before he came to do the job! Once he finally came without calling to do the job it wasn’t done right! I have contacted him several times but I am ignored once again! I was suppose to have 1 year warranty on labor! My unit runs all day and it say 82 in house! It was not sealed or enough frigerant put in ! So now I have to hire another company to come fix the problem! I do not recommend this company! This company is not professional at all!
Junior recommended then installed a new, second return for my existing heat pump duct system, to improve air flow and circulation for better heating in the home. Works well, and he answered all of my questions and made recommendations for other parts of the heat pump system as well. I anticipate that I will be able to turn to this company for my future system maintenance and other related HVAC needs.
