Looking into replacing our hvac system and seeing how to get rebates was a bit confusing because every website says something different and sometimes there’s too much information that you get overwhelmed. I called Balanced Air conditioning and Heat Service. Casey returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He asked what type of system I currently have and if we were going from gas to electric. I did not know the square footage of my home, but he got that information for me. Casey explained to me how the rebates from SMUD worked and that they would take care of all of the paperwork needed to get the rebates. He gave me an estimate right away. The average person does not know too much about getting permits and what is needed, but this would all be taken care of by them. I did get a couple of other quotes and found that they charged for permits on top of the cost for replacing the hvac system. I asked Casey a number of questions. He was amazing…happy to explain anything. With his help I would be able to make an informed decision. First Class customer service and business etiquette. I am very happy with all of my dealings with Balanced Air Conditioning And Heat Service.

KC was able to respond recently & on short notice to take care of my real estate client's central heating system that was not functioning properly. KC repaired it right on the spot. My seller & I were very happy that his heating system was repaired so quickly & very affordable. I will definitely call him again & refer him out to others. Thanks KC
Casey is the Best. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell stuff you don't need like all the other companies I've used in the past. I will be using Balanced for all my Heat and AC in the future. Keep up the good work Casey😃😃😃
I highly recommend this company, they are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to provide the needed service the same day. They are honest, charge only what is needed to correct the issue at reasonable prices. I called on a 100 degree day because my AC wasn't working, the owner made it a point to be there within a couple of hours to check it out. He checked the unit, cleaned it, replaced the thermostat which was problem and now the AC is working wonderfully. In my option in this day and age it is rare to find a company with the integrity to only charge for what you need to correct the problem and to make it a point to be there as soon as possible to fix it. Thank you, thank you, Balanced Air Conditioning and Heat. Your on my A+ list.
I had 4 contractors give me a recommendation and bid to replace my defective HVAC system. Kenneth or KC as he introduced himself was the last of the four. Unlike the other three contractors, within the first couple of minutes it became obvious that KC was working with me as though I was a close family member versus a customer he never saw before or would see again. The further he got into his recommendation I had already decided to go with him and we hadn't even discussed price. Unlike the other three contractors who seemed more interested in glossing over the various options, KC took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options. The end result was a better system than any of the other three at the best price. Once we signed the contract, He didn't ask for or take a down payment despite my offering one. He ordered equipment and started and completed all work in the time originally promised. Because the equipment was slightly larger than the opening to the attic, his crew had to remove the framing around the opening. When they were done it was better than they found it since it was freshly painted with paint I provided. Throughout the project KC kept me informed of his progress. There were no delays for any reason and the project was completed on time with the attention to detail you would expect him to do in his own home. Bottom line. The project went flawlessly from the time he rang my doorbell to when he shook my hand upon completion while telling me never to hesitate to call him if anything were to happened or I had a question. Again, the treating me like family vs a customer he'd never see again.
We had a new a.c. installed a few months ago and received excellent and prompt service. The owner was very polite and courteous and explained everything we needed to know about our new a.c. and thermostat. We highly recommend Balanced AC & Heat Services.
Fast service, seemed very honest, and my HVAC all works now. We found them because we used them for our rental a year ago when it broke. I just used them again at my own home and couldn't be happier.

Called up on a Sunday they came right over Started testing everything found the problem right away wiring had shorted out He re-wired super quick then suggested cleaning condensers with a spray solution plus I had him install my new nest thermostat (smart online digital one ) Over all great service awesome prices top notch professional service I found my new company
Casey installed a complete new system on an older home including ducting, and did an excellent job. Very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend his service!
