We always get prompt friendly service every time we call Balance Point. When our AC unit went out, we were informed of our options and price point prior to making our decision. Complete installation of heating, AC and electric for a new house. Honesty, integrity, trustworthy at the highest level. Did not know Roman prior but consider him a personal friend now. I guarantee if you hire Roman will never hire anyone else again.
I called because I had worked with the owner at my previous employer and wanted to stay with someone local. He took care of our issue (mouse chewed through the wire) in a super quick fashion and had us up and running in no time!
Roman showed up right on time fixed the issue in minutes and took the time to show me how to clean the AC unit as it was in need of a quick clean. A+++. Thank you!
