I called Baker Air because I didn't have anyone that I knew in the area that the job was in. They were the only company to pick up the phone at 4:58 PM on Monday 6-26-2023. They came the next day... on time! They were extremely helpful, great communicators. It was an absolutely great experience. Highly recommended!

On my quest to find the most professional, responsive, and honest heating and air conditioning service in Nassau, I found Baker Air. I contacted Baker Air for an emergency repair on my A/C unit. They responded quickly, even though they did not originally install my unit, they scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Throughout the wait, they kept me constantly updated on the progress of my appointment through emails and texts, so I never felt left in the dark about their whereabouts. Lastly, and most importantly, their professionalism and honesty were impressive. The job was performed in a timely manner, and the price was fair without any attempt to charge me for unnecessary items or non-existent issues. I will definitely recommend Baker Air Heating and Conditioning to anyone. Thank you, Kris and Andrew for the great service.
