Barry is the best. Our furnace wasn’t firing at the beginning of the cold snap, and BAIR fit us in the day after we called. Barry not only fixed the minor issue, he gave me some troubleshooting tips in case it happens again. Response time, communication, and service value will keep us coming back any time we need repairs!
Every time I've used BAIR Necessities, I feel that I've received the best quality & most professional service in the industry. Once the work is completed, I always know the root cause, and how it was resolved. That is very important to me, since I don't want to feel like I've been taken advantage of -- like previous companies have done. BAIR has always been on time and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I can't imagine using any other company for my HVAC needs.
BAIR was readily available when the heat went out during the winter storm. The first company I called said my unit was too old(2009) and they don’t make parts for it anymore so the entire unit needed to be replaced. When BAIR came, they explained what the issue was, replaced the one part that was needed, and brought heat back to our home. Barry was our service rep. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend.
They provide good and fast service, even over the weekend when you need them the most.
Very knowledgeable ~ everyone we dealt with from Bair Necessities was professional and courteous ~ they were referred to us by our home warranty company and we were not disappointed. If the need arises in the future, we will use them again. They are a top notch operation.
Our home came with a warranty for the first year and when we had A/C issues the warranty company sent Bair Necessities out. They were knowledgeable and honest willing to explain everything to me so even though the warranty was paying for the repairs I kept their card. Years later after the warranty had expired and we had another issue so I called Bair Necessities myself for service. They were out early the next morning, clean and presentable, and had our system working again in no time. I will definitely use Bair Necessities again.
We were referred to B A I R Necessities by our warranty company for a sudden heating issue, and from the initial interaction with their dispatcher, we could tell that they were the epitome of professionalism. Barry, the technician who completed the repairs, was efficient both in diagnosing the issue, but also in the handling of the part order needed for the repair. He even made it out to our home early in the service timeframe given, which allowed us to get back to our day. My husband works in the repair-based industry, so we understand and appreciate first-hand the professionalism, responsibility, and efficiency shown by B A I R Necessities. We would recommend Barry and the rest of the team in a heartbeat!!

Hands down can not express how grateful I am to this company. This day and age customer service is almost non existent. The owner of the company came out 2 weeks ago to fix the initial problem with my AC. I live in Houston in a 3 story home.... AC is a must in Texas. He was able to fix it and said to call him if I ever had any questions that maybe he could troubleshoot over the phone with me to help save me time. The unit recently stopped working all together so I text him, he responded after business hours and gave me tips to see if I could fix myself. It didnt work and when I put in a service request through my warranty company I was given a different AC repair company. They were at 5 days out before they could possibly get to me. I asked if by any chance I could use Bair AC Heating because of the customer service and genuine care to help me impressed me! The warranty company called him and he literally squeezed me in that day. He fixed the issue and as he was leaving I said hope its the end of they day for you - he said " No I am headed to grab my lunch and then next job." That was at 5 pm!! I can not say how much it touched me that he really went above the call of duty to help me. I will tell anyone I know to use him!!! He is the best!

There are the ones who fix and go the extra mile to help you out and there are the ones who dance to your tunes if you accept to pay their proposed prices. Bair will straight tell your house is not CODE(FYI 40% of houses in Texas fall into: not code, because of the age). once your hear that ,just show them the way out. because they will say all bad things that will make you lose sleep for nights .if you have fat wallet then call them for brand new system. but if you really need a repair then DON't call them at all. 3 companies all said we can fix ,only Bair said it is not code and need all new system . well 3 companies bid for the outside unit only and all works fine now and at 70% less to what Baird was leading me to pay. wasted 3 weeks in hot summer because of BAIR's NOT CODE..
Bair Necessities is a great company with integrity. Barry is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about any repairs that may incur. So please do yourself a favor and whenever you are needing any type of service call them first, you will not be disappointed.

Your driver driving a gmc savana with license plate no. HSM5114 was cutting people off and flipping the bird to drivers on 290 today. Management allowing reckless drivers to represent their company is all I need to know about your company.
I just had Barry and the folks at Blair install a new cooling system to replace my 20 year old upstairs ac unit. They did a fantastic job, are professional, and offer tremendous value. These guys have all spent many years working with the big names in the industry and are highly skilled. The real value, however, is they'll install the same quality equipment that that the pricier outfits will, but charge you a lot less for the same equipment and services because they are smaller, don't have huge overhead, and are hardworking business people just trying to make a decent living by providing fair, yet superb, service to their customers. Do yourself a favor and call them - very highly recommended.
