Do not use this company! They are horrible the did not get me my paperwork and warranty information until 3 months later of me emailing each week. To top it off they installed it in the worst location possible I was told it would be 1500$ to replace a fan because of the install location. Oh wait there is more the warranty was never filled for so my 10 years is not only five. But that's not all! They installed a unit that was 3 years old when I was being told it was brand new. Many emails and calls and they will not honor their work. Garbage
They installed the HVAC in my home before it was purchased, check dated for January ‘18. Completely jimmy-rigged the ductwork attachment with cheap materials. It recently fell apart and now I have an 85° house with two babies. Absolutely ridiculous.
Wonderful company! Replaced my entire HVAC system. Removed the old system and cleaned up behind themselves. Couldn't be happier!
Very good people to work with and professional they fix my heat and ac every time with basically no charge 🤗
We have been setting appointments with Baines for over two weeks. Alan, son of the owner, has asked me to wait at home all day on two occasions which I have. Once he didn't come. Then he gave wide windows of time of severa other occasions and rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute. Today he was coming at 3:00, no showed, and hung up on me when I called. I did later speak to the owner, Fred, who says he is coming tomorrow. If he shows, I think he needs to hire someone other than family. Who hangs up on a customer who is asking when you are coming? Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and a complete lack of communication. I would have given less than one star if it had been available.
Dear Ms. Todd: Thank you for drawing this to our attention. My apologies to you and the Google community. I'm unsure which of our drivers this was. Nonetheless all of our employees(not just the those who drive), have read your comments.and had better understand my position on our public visibility.. In future anyone caught driving our vehicles in a reckless manner will be terminated on the spot. Again I feel very sorry that this incident occurred involving one of our drivers.
Excellent work every time
We have nothing but good things to say about this company. Very professional. Prompt, had used them in the past for repair and was extremely satisfied. Just had them replace our whole system, quality products, polite, cleaned up their mess, so considerate, I don't normally find this quality of service and I strongly recommend them, very reasonable rates.
My one and only experience with Baines came today while for my daughter to get off the bus. Some impatient gentleman driving a Baines van decided it was taking too long and ran through the school bus stop sign. The bus driver and myself blew our horns at him. Who ever he is, he is very lucky my daughter made it safely to my car. Get it together, hire better people, this is unacceptable.
