Air conditioner less than 3 years old. Have had numerous issues 2nd time in 6 months the unit is leaking through my ceiling. They don't take responsibility contue to blame the buyer. And refuse to even come out to look at it because I previously gave them a bad review. Not professional at all.

One could not ask for a more courteous, professional and responsive company/employees than this company! In 100-degree temperatures and a blazing sun here in South Florida, without hesitation, these men couldn't have been more reliable and concerned for our comfort! Priced reasonable, I said to go ahead and the very next day we had our unit installed and operational! Give them a call and tell them Jim from Alaska referred them, you won't go wrong with Bahama Air!!!!!! Very happy!!!!!!
Worst company I have ever worked with. They don't stand behind there work at all! AC is 2 years old and have had 4 issues so far and now another issue. They suggested we call someone else, 5th issue now. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy! They are a joke! Surprised they are still in business! Gave 1 star because you can't do zero!!!

I highly recommend Brian and his team at Bahama Air. We have used them on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future. From the office staff to the techs to Brian himself, they are reliable, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish we found and used Brian the first time around. They are responsive, arrive on time , fix the problem ..always with a “smile”. Brian and Nick installed a brand new A/C at my vacation home. They did a fantastic job!. I wish all contractors ran a company like Brian. Honest, efficient and very accommodating. They came out the same day as promised. Addressed my system's issue at a very fair price. Called me with all the details and emailed me their invoice. It couldn't go much better than that. Highly recommended!
I'm a first time customer of Bahama Air, and I recently had a major problem with water in my living room. Their technician Nicholas responded quickly and efficiently. He was pleasent and knowledgable and answered all my questions. I would refer Bahama Air to anyone needing a local, reliable A.C company.
