Do not use this company for anything. First contacted them about my AC unit in Aug 2022, was told the compressor was bad and needed to replace the unit. Every time I called the phone number for the business, which is a cell phone, the voice mail was full and couldn't accept new messages. Whenever someone did answer, they always said they would call me back and never did. Finally had an installation date set for May 15th, the AC unit wasn't compatible with our furnace and the company just said that was what the insurance covered. Didn't take any accountability for the fact they had done the inspection and made the recommendation to replace. The person said he would find a unit that would work and could complete the install the following week. Never heard from him again. Followed up the following week and he seemed agitated and said he would call his supplier and call me back, never heard from him again. When I've tried calling, the voice mail is full, and no one answers. Do yourself a favor and contact a more reputable company who knows how to follow-through and communicate.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don't waste your time with this company. After coming to my house and giving me an initial estimate, I hired Corey to come do a gas line install. He was supposed to arrive on Thursday at 9:30 am. After taking the day off work, he called me right before he was scheduled to show up claiming equipment failure. He asked if we could reschedule for the next day at the same time. I understood, stuff happens, and agreed even though it was a lost day for me as my shift was already covered. I again made arrangements with my work and took the following day, Friday, off to accommodate. Once again, Corey called about 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival to inform me he wouldn't be showing up due to continual issues with their equipment. He asked if we could push to Monday morning, assuring me the problem would be handled by then. All right, it cost me a second day of lost wages but ok, I will accommodate once again. Monday morning comes, he calls again about 30 minutes before scheduled arrival telling me it was taking longer to fix their equipment than anticipated, but he assured me they would be to my house in the afternoon to complete the job. He told me he would call me when they were on their way. So, I sat around all day so I could be home for their arrival. He then did a no call/no show. I never heard from him the rest of the day, which made me understandably upset. The following morning he texted me, couldn't even bother to call and apologize and said they could still get the job done if I pushed it out until Thursday or Friday. I cannot understand how someone could run a business like this. I missed 3 days of work for this clown, and after costing me time and money, and not even having the courtesy to call me he expects me to not only still use his company but then trust that if I just wait a few more days he will finally follow through? Why would I do that, just so I could miss more work and have him not show up again? No thank

I have home warranty and they scheduled an appointment with long heating for servicing my A/C 4 times over the course of a month and they didn’t not show up to any of the appointments. Not to mention they rarely answer their phone. The one time someone answers the first thing they said was they needed to call me back, but never did. Terrible customer service.

Corey and his crew did a tremendous job diagnosing my broken furnace and then installing a new furnace. I love Corey's honesty and up front, reasonable pricing. I also love his mantra of "leave it in better condition than before we worked on it." Not only did his crew install the furnace on time, they had a custom air filter duct built to accommodate the unique requirements of my space. Plus, they cleaned up the area around the furnace and made sure everything was working well. I would highly recommend Corey and his company to others. Their prices are better than many competitors, and I feel they are more trustworthy and considerate as well!

I requested a bid and Corey came out (late) to look at what we needed. He said he would send me a quote and never did. I called him 4 times over 3 weeks to follow up and always got the same "something must be wrong at the office." Corey kept saying I'd have it by tomorrow and it's been weeks. I heard such good things about these people, but their reputation appears unearned. They need to get their house in order, this is not how you do business.

I'm sure he's good at what he does and all. He also seems to be very fair on the pricing. However, the guy doesn't know how to answer a phone or clean out his voicemail box. We have also been rescheduled four times! He sent out two of his guys to do the job, we're getting a transplant AC unit from my mom sicne he installed her new one, after rescheduling her three times. His guys were super nice and highly professional, however, Corey said he'd show up the same day to finish the job since he has to be the one to start it up with it being a transplant and all. He never showed up and rescheduled on us again, and his own employees. So he was suppose to show up at 8am, said he'd call when he was on his way. Never did. We called and after being sent to voicemail twice (which is still full) he finally answered and rescheduled us for 3:45pm. He acts like nobody else works because he was shocked when we said we'd be working and then asked to reschedule again for when someone will be home! We assured him my girlfriend will be home from work at 3 but will be busy with more work. Our house is 85° and I would just like to have working AC! Bottom line. He's good at what he does. He has very nice folks working for him. However, he's either a flake or over schedules himself. He rarely answers the phone and needs to clean his voicemail out and keep a calendar!!

I had some work done on my furnace by a different company but they tried to upsell me the entire time into buying a whole new furnace. Bachman & Long answered my questions and actually would have done the work for $100 cheaper without the upselling I wish I had used them instead and when I do an A/C unit this summer I'm definitely calling them to do the work.

I am very disappointed. Upon Cory's request, I rescheduled from last Thursday, 10/26/17, to today, 10/31/17 for 8:30 AM and no one arrived or called to keep me apprised. I had two phone numbers that I called and the voice mailbox was full for both numbers - I was unable to leave a message. I sure wish there was better follow through/communication. Will I refer this company, unfortunately, no.
