B3 came to the rescue for us. We had an awful experience with a previous contractor and B3 was called out as a second opinion and they were great. They were on time, honest, kind and helpful. We had some issues with getting parts in but they were able to track it all down and complete the work. I was more than happy that they were called to save the day and would request them again if we had any other issues. Thank you!!
They had my a/c replaced within 3 days of me giving the go ahead. My a/c was still working but old, other wise I’m sure it would have been done sooner

This was a great experience at a difficult time. Having your AC die in Arizona during June brings the greed out in too many contractors I encountered in my search for replacement of a 23-year old unit. Not the case with these folks. Through text, voice and email, they scheduled a free in-person assessment and listened to my needs (I have solar and don’t need to pay 30 percent more for a variable speed condenser because I generate my own electricity). The quote was instant with no heart-jerking discount of inflated prices. (You may have heard of companies giving special pricing for customers who are a second cousin once removed of a first responder). Within 48 hours I had two 3-ton Trane units cooling my house. They hauled away the old units and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. You won’t get a better price, product or service in a crunch. Check these folks first and when you grow tired of the clown show of the competitors, take your business to B3 Refrigeration!

One of our units went out on Sunday and we called B3 first thing Monday morning. Zeke was at our house in the early afternoon and fixed our unit quickly. Great response and wonderful service. Highly recommend B3 Refrigeration for your AC needs.

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings. So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts. B3 is honest and not trying to sale a load of lies.
