These guys are Absolutely Amazing. Brian did everything he could do to try and save old AC unit. They will be the only ones we ever call for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended anyone that wants amazing service look no further you will find it here.
Did very good job putting in my furnace and air.
My furnace needed to be replaced after having it for over 24 years. I called B.Moore Heating and Cooling. I am extremely pleased with the work, and my new furnace. B.Moore Heating and Cooling took care of me. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs👍🏻.
I had a new AC unit installed in my home by B. Moore. Out of the 6 companies I contacted, B. Moore had the most affordable pricing for the exact same type of work to be done. On install day, they were punctual and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend their services.

I woke up to no heat on a Sunday 2 weeks ago and I Brian was here within a couple of hours. The price was surprisingly reasonable to get the heat back on. he said call back if it happens again and he would replace the part. I eventually needed a part replaced and called again for service. I had it fixed the same morning after they were able to locate the part. Excellent service. I highly recommend.
I came home last night to no heat. Used a space heater to get through the night. Didn't know this company was 24hr service. Called others no one could help today or I had to wait till Thursday. I called B. Moore Heating and Cooling at 730am he was here before 9am. Repaired and warm by 10am. I will only call this company for repair or a new unit.

Our Furnace went out just before the polar vortex hit us! It was after hours and we called several places, they never even bothered to return our phone call. You called us right back and said you couldn’t get anyone here til 9-11am. And Brian was here bright and early! Turns out it was just the thermostat, (thank god) took 30 mins, was under $200 and saved us from freezing! And our pipes! We will be using you guys from now on. Very professional and personable! Thanks so much!
Just finish with Brian and his apprentice. What wonderful service. Very detail oriented explained what and why they were doing, as the were doing it. Didnt seemed bothered by all my questions at all. Best of all great price. I was just there for my daughters house but i have now hired them myself to inspect and clean my furnace for the winter. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone

Our experience was top notch A+ service all the way around from beginning to end. This company prides itself in the details and it truly shows in the work done. During the quote I received for a new AC system, things were shown and explained to me that other companies never mentioned, and we had received quotes from about 10 different companies to get this job done. We are extremely happy with the work done and I know who I will be calling for all my future heating and cooling service and repairs. Thank you!!!
The emergency service was quick but once they got your money, they don't seam to want to give you the time of day. There was a $250 rebate on my new furnace but only the company is able to submit for it. They didn't want to do it. Since then they said they submitted it but according to the website B.Moore H/C has never submitted for any rebate. 5 months latter I keep leaving messages with no return call. This is the appreciation I get for doing business with them and sending 3 other customers to them prior to me getting my furnace. Guess I need to find someone that continuously cares about their customer throughout and not just until they get your $3500
Have lived in Garden City for the last 5 years. Brian has always been our go to guy when ever we have had problems. He has always been honest and given a fair price on his work. I will always recommend him to who ever needs heating and cooling work done.
Made an appointment for 11 to 1. No one came. I called to see if They were running behind she said that he was here and no one answered. Which I told them I was unpacking so no phone call to me. There where 3 adults and 2 kids here unpacking. She said I am out of luck so now my kids get to be in a 85 degree house. Not professional at all. Edit***** Perhaps wrong home? Unless he is calling my son a dog... I do not own a dog nor has one ever entered my home. I feel very sorry for whom ever does business with this company.
5 days ago i had my newborn and i was not able to find anyone for 5 days to add freon to my AC. I called numerous hvac companies and they all gave me 3,5 even 14 days to come and do the job. Luckily these fine gentlemans and Lisa the secretary did awesome job and effort to come and adeed freeon so i can keep my little one +2 more little kids cold and nice. And price was lower than anyone else that I've asked. Our family is really grateful. Word of advice to anyone in need:keep this guys phone number close by because they will help,not like other hvac companies that go for quantity. These guys goes for quality and affordability. Thank you again
Fast response time, very courteous and professional. The rates are great and you don't have to worry about being sold something you dont need if it can be fixed.
Brian & Lisa are the best at what they do! I own a few rental properties and they are the ones I call to fix or replace my Appliances. Every year I have Furnace Certifications and must do activities to stay in compliance with my City. No matter what, I know I can call B.MOORE HEATING & COOLING and they respond ASAP! The price is always right and the quality of work is excellent!
