So thankful for this company! My landlord took a while to dispatch a Hvac company due to my air being out, but as soon as B& L received the work order they jumped right on it same day. Mrs. Barbara was so polite and understanding. I was given a 4 hour window for scheduling the next day. The technician came promptly at 9am, and took care of the issue. He explained the problem and then gave me some helpful tips going forward. Very thankful and a happy customer.

Came to house blew the AC line out and told me a plumber needed to come out and do a drain line for the AC units. They are capped off.

My AC unit has been out for over a month before someone came out to fix it. I had to keep rescheduling with them through my property management because they kept cancelling for them to come. It has been 100+ degrees this summer and I have small children. The lady that answer the phone was so rude and unprofessional. She hung up in my face numerous of times after she accused me of never having an appointment with them but she finally saw that I did and got embarrassed for mistreating me. Do NOT hire this heating and Air company unless you want to be mistreated and given the and given the run around!! She kept hanging up and I called her back and no one would answer my number but when I called from my husband number someone answered. So rude and unprofessional she needs to be fired

This company expects you to take off work for a 4 hour window and just wait for them to show up instead of taking the 30 seconds it takes to call you when their on the way because it “slows their business down”. No other company I’ve dealt with makes this unreasonable and illogical request to miss work and wait around for potentially 4 hours for them to show up. Obviously care more about their business than their customers. Also incredibly rude & sarcastic and will cut off your every sentence over the phone. Absolutely do not recommend.

Absolutely the most frustrating service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Our heating unit needed to be replaced when we moved into our new house 2 weeks ago, and our rental company contracted B&L to do it. We passed along the information to B&L that I work in the mornings, so if they needed a contact to reach out to my fiancé. 2 days in a row they called me at 7:30-8 am, and never returned my or my fiancés calls. THE NEXT WEEK they called again, also while I was still at work. After work I was finally able to get a hold of someone and set up a furnace install the next morning at 8-9 am- although I had to take off of work for this because I was told they don’t book afternoon appointments??? The next morning 9:30 comes with no word from B&L, so I called, got no answer, and left a voicemail. At 10:40 I received a call letting me know that they had double booked themselves and they could reschedule for 3 pm that day, or a different day, again in the morning because they don’t book afternoon slots. We decided to reschedule for today (2 days after this phone call), in the morning. At this point someone finally actually came out to the home and looked at the property. After being here for a bit I was informed that there was a piece missing that I had not informed them of (???) and because they didn’t have that piece with them, they would have to come back another day after adjusting things with our property manager. No one has given me any indication of when this will be happening, but this is going on two weeks now of trying to get this taken care of. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would like to thank B&L Heating and Air for such great service today. Our AC Unit stopped working so they were called in for the repair by our leasing office on a Sunday morning. Bright and early Monday, I received at call from someone at the office before 7 o’clock. That’s was the first thing that impressed me. Secondly, Mr. Vinny the technician that came out to our home was very polite and professional. He worked and completed the job promptly and was very helpful at explaining what was wrong and what to expect as far as how long it would take the house to cool down again. I give this company five STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would definitely recommend them to all.

These guys were referred to us. They helped us with a problem AC unit we’ve had that was installed by another company. It’s been giving us problems for years and they got to the bottom of it. The company that originally installed it was given many opportunities to fix it at our expense and sometimes with very, very, very bad customer service - not to name names, cough Muse cough. Anyways, B&L fixed not only the problems the other company installed but improved other areas that needed attention and our AC works better than it has ever worked - and at a very reasonable price. These guys are the best!

I have called the company every day for the past 3 days to try and set up an appt. The owner of the company is unwilling to accommodate my work schedule to create an appt that works for me, I work regular hours (8-4). I’ve been told they will not accommodate my schedule but more importantly why does it take 3 times to fix and issue. This conflict should have been resolved the first visit and I am going to have to take off work a 3rd time to have them hopefully do the jobs properly this time.
