Ty came and fixed my broken A/C unit. He was professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for the service and highly recommend B&J.
Ty was courteous and quick. He was running a bit behind schedule but I received a text on arrival time and he apologized when he arrived. This was only a maintenance visit. Good value and he took time to explain what he seen. I don't usually write reviews but since I decided on this company based on reviews I thought I should write one as well. Thanks Ty!
It is 4th of July and no one could come out and fix our A/C. B&J returned our call and was at our house within 10 minutes. He had our A/C running in about 10 minutes later!!! Thanks for the quick and professional service!!! Oh, and by the way, the charge was very reasonable!!!! I will definitely give all my friends his info!!!
B&J installed mini split units for me earlier this year and today just serviced my AC unit. You can tell why this family business has been around and is a trusted partner in the area…they are friendly, responsive, communicative, arrive when expected and perform quality work at a reasonable price. They are my go to for all HVAC needs and I would highly recommend them.
