Excellent company. Initially called to have an inspection done to determine state of package unit. Our unit was in worse shape than expected and based on age and cost of repairs, decided to have it replaced. They were able to get us a very reasonable price, not only for the unit but they also added another air outlet in our warmest room. After about 6 weeks, the new thermostat advised there was likely an issue. Called back and they were able to come out and replace the faulty part within hours. Friendly, honest, reliable, and affordable. Definitely a great company and highly recommend them.

After having my tenant call me to tell me the air conditioner was not blowing any cold air, I was in a panic! Fortunately, I was referred to B & E heating and cooling. They are absolute lifesavers. They were able to get me in the next morning. They communicated with me every step of the way. Brendan was extremely helpful, honest and punctual. The tenant said they were very professional and polite. As I don't live in the area it was a huge relief to know there were great guys there to save the day. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend B & E Heating and Cooling. Just a reminder: These gentlemen work long hours in the hottest environment trying to fix difficult situations. Please give these guys your patience, understanding and treat them with the utmost respect. Thank you.
I would HIGHLY recommend B&E for your home AC services, they are the nicest ppl, when it comes to the heating summer in AZ it’s horrible when you call a company and be told to wait for hrs or the next day for them to come, thats not the case with B&E, at least for me, every time i called them, i will see Brandon at my house on time to rescue from the AC problem, even when i call at 4am he would be there very early in the morning, I appreciate your business so much!!!!!!

Originally used B & E Heating and Cooling for the installation of a split unit cooling system for the garage and storage room. They did such a great job we switched the ongoing maintenance of our heating and cooling systems to B & E. They continue to excel at what they do.
B&E was awesome to work with. Out of the four companies we had come out and give us a quote, my wife and I went with them because of their fast, friendly, and professional service. Also, they came well within our budget and got us exactly what we needed...a new quality AC unit before the summer heat hit. They never tried to upsell me on anything and their install team was very professional and finished the job in one afternoon. My wife and kids are now enjoying the cool air from our new Goodman AC unit. Thanks B&E!
Our families experience with B & E Heating and Cooling was amazing from start to finish. The office team was very courteous and a pleasure to work with! They made sure we were on their schedule as soon as possible and their system kept us up to date with texts and emails, so communication was great. The field team was equally as amazing! The team communicated extremely well regarding their arrival time, and once the team arrived they got right down to business. The two man team was lead by Brendon Burgess, and he was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem immediately. His team fixed the problem, and upon completion it looked better then it did with the original install. Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend the B & E team for any Heating and Cooling needs you may have!

Excellent service & great team! They arrived on time and finished early! Now, we are ready for the hot Arizona summer :) I would highly recommend B & E Heating and Cooling for any residential or commercial jobs. Brendon at B & E is professional, courteous, diligent, and totally customer-service oriented. Evelyn is super efficient, organized, pleasant, and responsive. Our unit is five years "past expiration," and Brendon has been able to keep our unit working in fine order. Prior to B & E, we were told on several occasions that we needed a new unit. Being retired and on a fixed income, we are very grateful for what B & E has done for us. In addition, when our daughter's unit failed last year, B & E was able to respond the same day, and then get a new unit installed for her at a most reasonable price. With more than 55 years of dealing with Heating and A/C companies, both residential and commercial, I can assure you that you will find none better than Brendon and Evelyn at B & E.
